- The Rad Dirt Fest 2023 from my view! There was a lot of talk about the hectic start with the bike path and all of us gunning for the pinch-point at mile 4. I personally didn't find it too terrible other than having the women mixed in, and I'm glad they are moving to separate starts for men and women following this race! .....This was a pretty rough race for me, the lights went out and I was just surviving for the middle portion. However, I believe you will find this race extremely entertaining to watch!

I've battled chronic pain both on and off the bike for the the past 11 years. Thanks again for posting these raw footage videos. Not only are they good for trainer rides, but I like to see how guys ride and act in the group when they’re not necessarily thinking that anyone is watching/filming. The gravel nationals one was interesting for that.

That start looked pretty wild and crazy. I like the staggered starts that they use in Europe Fondos. Way less panic getting in a pace group
They are starting to separate starts in some of our races now, this one will go out in 3 waves this year I believe!

Do you get all your carbs from mix? Feel like I’ve never seen you take a gel in any raw files
Yeah I do 100g carbs per bottle via skratch super high carb mix and then I’ll do one gel or one piece of solid food per hour! Works super well with my wife crewing me and handing me bottles/hydropak, I’ll do more gels if all I can get is water
