Back pain - like from middle age - is cured by working out. Squats and deadlifts - you have to strengthen your hamstrings, glutes and back muscles. Plus, too much sitting or perching. Strengthen hip adductors (leg lifts knee lifts).
Yes! Also your rectus abdominal (front ab muscle) is the strong muscle designed to support your torso! A lot of ppl rely on those spindly back muscles and they get overwhelmed and tired

The back comes and goes., I've slipped a disc in my back numerous times.I Walk around like igor for a week. Also have had a pinched nerve. Never missed work, due to back issues. Only took advil or over the counter. Never lay around with an injured back, it will never get better. If you do
