Hello..I'm also suffering from pcod..I got married on July 29th 2020 ..I'm got periods for every 3 months..after went to gynecologist she gave me tabs ..after using that medicine I got my period on march 17th, April 14th, may 11th..after may 10th I got covid...doctor suggested me to stop these medicine..after that by doing exercises every day and by changing my diet, I got my period on june 30th...my poly cyst size is 20.06 cc in both ovaries...can I get pregnancy?
I am taking Diane 35 tablets for almost 5 years now. It can only be helpful for regulating your cycles and few symptoms but it doesn't cure PCOD or PCOS. You have to follow healthy lifestyle by regular exercises and healthy food habits are must. But if it's genetical and you have cysts in your ovaries then you can go for homeopathic or Ayurveda treatment as they believe that cysts do melt. But in Allopathic treatment you will only be getting hormonal pills and the last option is surgery.
