Whole situation- I joined the company at x salary and after 6 months I wanted to leave company because I got better offer and I file a resignation. They asked me they can give me same offer and can push my growth in future as well… they said you need to email us that you are ready to sign 2 year bond. But They didn’t provide any training Note- I already had experience of 3 years in same skills After signing the bond on stamp paper everything was good but after 7-8 months of signing the bond the work getting affect my personal life and I offer them that I want to resign They accepted the resignation but didn’t pay salary of that month when I ask them they said you need to pay 5 lakh as mentioned in the bond I emailed them that I cant go further with you because of work pressure and you can take my one month salary as a good will but I am not able to pay full 5 lakh They didn’t agree and I left the company now I get a summon for the civil suit
