Male surgical facelift, also called rhytidectomy and I had a neck lift called a Platysmaplasty and I Lower eyelid surgery, also known as lower blepharoplasty. The facelift removes sagging skin and corrects muscle laxity. Platysmaplasty: The medical term for a neck lift, which removes excess skin and fat from the neck, tightens the platysma muscle, and reduces the banded appearance of the neck.

Lower blepharoplasty, which includes a collection of surgical techniques that aims to improve the appearance of the lower eyelids. Historically, lower blepharoplasty was a reductive procedure in which skin and/or fat was removed in order to reduce lower eyelid wrinkles, skin redundancy, and fat bulges.
