    I was thinking of building a BelliBolt. Still on the fence. BUT
    I was hoping that its bulk, and Zap cannon would make it a poor mans RegiSteel.
    Thanks for building this team

    Been having a blast using Cradily. It works against flyers & water types. It resists electric which is also common in UL. Giratina, Virizion and other fighters are tough however XL Cradily works in this META atleast for me.

      @NepNeppy Před 6 měsíci +2

      Been loving Cradily this season, 2 in 1 pokemon that covers against flyers and grass for water types and it's just so nice with the unique typing.
      Great against Talonflames and Swamperts for just one pokemon slot, and you can fill in the other 2 for neutral coverages.

    I caught the rank 1 for ultra so really glad this team worked out, just waiting for those xls

    What's a good team for current UL meta? When it started i used Clef Tenta Poliwrath and it did well but the day after it didn't work at all anymore.

    • @NepNeppy
      @NepNeppy Před 6 měsíci +2

      Its the early season so people are still experimenting around and most people are around the mid ranks so you may end up going up against both experienced and newcomers for PvP.
      Currently UL Meta is just Fire/Water dominance with Talonflame / Swampert / Giratina / Cress as usual.
      The team your running is Fairy + Double Water so your ABA weak to Electric + Psychic as hardest counters.
      The team your running is fine but there are a couple difficult pokemons you will struggle with like Jellicent, Nidoqueen, Lanturn, Venusaur, Ampharos.
      As of this season most Pokemons commonly used are those weak to Electric/Flying so having a coverage of that can do very well for you.
      I can't tell you what's a good team because there are many different teams around but you can still try some older teams from previous seasons as they can still work.
      My team is not good but I run (S)-Zapdos + Greninja + Skeledirge or anything that can deal with Fairy/Dragon or Cresselia. It's not a tanky team but it's more of a faster pace game with Zapdos winning against most of the current meta with it's good typing coverage + DPS.

    I'm not embarrassed to play this game at all, it's not like it's constantly glitching, not showing the shields, showing the wrong Mon throwing charged moves, there's never any lag or anything, it's a perfect game
    😏

      @jankees4037 Před 6 měsíci +1

      Most lag issues people have is their phone being messed up, their provider not being stable, have the Catcher still running, that sort of things. The game runs normally fine. It is not Niantic or Google.

    Im runing thunder punch over trailblaze bcoz you rarely use it. Plus mine is rank 4 shadow so, it gives better coverage against water/flyers

    • @NepNeppy
      @NepNeppy Před 6 měsíci +1

      Thunderpunch can catch flyers by surprise but usually isn't needed too often as you can slot it for better coverage. Similar to Skeledirge for using Disarming Voice over Flamethrower as you already deal fast damage for that type you have.
      It still works for Thunderpunch but also is okay if you want better typing coverage like Brutal Swing against Giratina/Cress, or Trailblaze against Water types.

    I run Jelly for multiple seasons in the UL now - and this meta is the best against Jelly - I wouldn't agree that this meta is weak against it - especially the Scald Update is a killer - if somebody safeswitches a Poliwrath you would think "yeah" I am the hardest counter there is - but no - my UL XL rank 17 Jelly got turned around by a Poli running counter and getting 3 Debuffs from Scald (not really unusual it is 1:8 so every other round this will happen) and I lost

    • @jankees4037
      @jankees4037 Před 6 měsíci

      Scald looks it is really a 50% debuffer. Happens so many times the debuf, or debuf against me when they run it.

    I built bellibolt. Didnt hate it, but retro is so much better than ultra

  • @jankees4037

    Dragonite meets your backlines typing double, so no wonder you see them a lot in the lead. Maybe better run XL Skarmory in the front.

    • @NepNeppy
      @NepNeppy Před 6 měsíci +1

      Most Dragonite leads will always double shield everything you throw at them in general as they want to win lead with them. But if you have shield advantage you can usually sweep them out if they are not running double tank in the back or any pokemon that does not need shields to perform well.

    Trailblaze needs to be less energy.

    • @MatthewJrP
      @MatthewJrP Před 6 měsíci +9

      Nah. Trailblaze is good the way it is. It already buffs your attack so making it less energy would make it to good. Which would make greedent use it

    • @jankees4037
      @jankees4037 Před 6 měsíci +2

      Greedent will spam those like Body Slams then. That is brutal. Two shielded Greedent will beat about everything then.

    • @NepNeppy
      @NepNeppy Před 6 měsíci +1

      If you give Trailblaze lesser energy then spammy pokemons will absolutely just crush you.
      Pokemons that know this move are Ampharos, Scizor, Ursaluna, Lycanroc, Decidueye, Donphan, Raichu, Tauros, Skuntank, Girafarig, Oinkalogne, Oranguru, Sudowoodo, Ariados, Greedent, Lurantis and evolution line for these pokemons.
      You can already see how deadly it would be on something like Skuntank with Trailblaze energy reduction as it will start to be like pre-nerfed Poison Fang Nidoqueen threat level but increase your own attack instead. Even Greedent can just spam Body Slam and then you wonder why it starts feeling like Leaf Blade damage for a 35 Energy move that just stacks up more and more.
