Yeah I agree. They've recently done some reworking for the track and, having been to the track before and after, I have to say that the new track is much much better. The specific section in this video was horrible, as you couldn't go 2 cars wide into the corner without suffering an awful crash. Now it's a great passing spot, if you can hold your grip on the outside line to get the inside for the next turn onto the straightaway.

Everybody does it, dirt bikers, motorcycle riders, go kart riders, ATV, etc... the rubber is rough on your skin, so to protect from calluses, we wear gloves.
You don't really need gloves for indoor karting but there you go, he has them. You usually need them when you drive on a normal track, asphalt surface. Those are usually bumpy and it is much harder to turn in, sometimes wheel can literally slip out of your hands so that is why people use them. But here, considering his driving, idk why he has them tbh.

I feel bad for the little kid. One time at Virginia International Speedway, after the race we raced go karts, and it was me against a whole bunch of teens about 16 or 17. They laughed at me when I came in last since my kart messed up. They were jerks, but I had my ATV and they rode on dirt bikes. I said, "Lets race to the end of the road" and I beat them. They just left and I thought they were just annoying.

Some of this was fair-game taps like the light side-to-side touches to make space to pass or slight bumps from behind as he caught someone on a straight, but slamming people from behind when they're braking (usually for traffic) or forcing them into walls is shitty racing. Light bumps that give you space are fine, hard slams that seriously screw up someone's race or can injure them are not. Allowing over-the-top contact just turns racing into bumper karts and all real skill goes out the window.

I had bad 3 car crash at nascar speed park once. This crash makes that one look like a bump draft Here’s what happened to me So I was passing a kart on the left down the back stretch I thought I was clear and got turned into the wall at max speed and it was one of the larger adult cars not a dinky kiddy cart that I was in I nearly flipped though after we slowed down my cart reversed into a cart that passed I was 1st place so the whole field was at a stand still

I got ran over by another drivers kart. I passed her at a turn and tried to get a good turn but I spun out. The karts are crazy fast there. I just remember driving one second, and then the next second a kart on me. She didn't realize that she ran me over until she had completely gone over me. I left the race with a scrape and bruise on my back. Thank god they had helmets there or I wouldn't be here. At the end of the race I looked at the scores and saw that, even though I had left the 3rd lap, I had won. And the place (rpm raceway) didn't give us a refund. So I don't suggest you go to rpm raceway

I feel bad for the little kid. One time at Virginia International Speedway, after the race we raced go karts, and it was me against a whole bunch of teens about 16 or 17. They laughed at me when I came in last since my kart messed up. They were jerks, but I had my ATV and they rode on dirt bikes. I said, "Lets race to the end of the road" and I beat them. They just left and I thought they were just annoying.
Dont know why all of u r complaining, have u ever heard the saying "Rubbing is Racing", if u knew anything about motorsport you would know it was just a little bit of push and shove, not ramming them, geez.

Some of this was fair-game taps like the light side-to-side touches to make space to pass or slight bumps from behind as he caught someone on a straight, but slamming people from behind when they're braking (usually for traffic) or forcing them into walls is shitty racing. Light bumps that give you space are fine, hard slams that seriously screw up someone's race or can injure them are not. Allowing over-the-top contact just turns racing into bumper karts and all real skill goes out the window.

Hey, thanks for letting me have tip to preform paybacks because I’m going to that same track this week end.
The part that makes me mad is that when he got hit when he stopped at the crash he was like AAHHHHHHH yet the kid who got hurt didn't say a thing. Dude. Shut the heck up.
I had bad 3 car crash at nascar speed park once. This crash makes that one look like a bump draft
Here’s what happened to me
So I was passing a kart on the left down the back stretch
I thought I was clear and got turned into the wall at max speed and it was one of the larger adult cars not a dinky kiddy cart that I was in
I nearly flipped though after we slowed down my cart reversed into a cart that passed
I was 1st place so the whole field was at a stand still
girl is over panicking holy cow he seemed fine
Anyone who says he is a crap driver, keep in mind these are carts, which are built to bump into other carts, your not gonna kill someone if you bump into them...
A bunch of reckless drivers (this guy, the other two girls) together with slow drivers who brake excessively. This is massive opportunity for major accident. This is why i dont wanna race in K1 publicly anymore. People are using other karts as additional brake... crazy!!!
This is how you have fun just crashing very fast go karts and leaving because you got injured

I got ran over by another drivers kart. I passed her at a turn and tried to get a good turn but I spun out. The karts are crazy fast there. I just remember driving one second, and then the next second a kart on me. She didn't realize that she ran me over until she had completely gone over me. I left the race with a scrape and bruise on my back. Thank god they had helmets there or I wouldn't be here. At the end of the race I looked at the scores and saw that, even though I had left the 3rd lap, I had won. And the place (rpm raceway) didn't give us a refund. So I don't suggest you go to rpm raceway
Goddamn these karts are vacuum cleaners on wheels so slow,and you still can't drive for shit😂
