MOLOCH, 25, lead singer of death metal band: Bible Belt Massacre, describes his intense and unique look as 'dark, edgy and extra'. This style takes influences from death metal & mall goth aesthetics, which has been Moloch's style since he was 11 years old. Moloch told Transformed: "My style kind of developed because, when I was younger, my mom and uncle raised me on old school Misfits, 80's hair metal like Poison and Motley Crue. So from a young age I knew exactly what I wanted to be." Moloch has become a larger than life character on stage which has created a huge following for him and his band. However, not all of the attention Moloch's look attracts has been positive. He said: "I get judged all the time, harassed in public, people yelling slurs, people trying to nonchalantly take pictures of me, but the way I deal with it is by posing for those pictures... I'll mess with them right back." Today, with the help of makeup artist Pucci, Moloch is surprising his bandmates and girlfriend by transforming from death metal goth to a Coachella inspired 'normie!' But how will his band mates react? Will they ever let Moloch back on stage with them? Or will they accept this brand new lead singer?

I feel like he looks like the dad from the Hotel Transylvania movie, when he is suddenly turned human! I don't feel like the make-up artist did a cover-up of his tattoos. Most of these videos show a color toning technique to mask the tattoos, here we can still see them quite clearly. Definitely cuter in the band, than as a dad at a beach resort!
I love videos like this! They can have fun and change up their styles and be someone else to see if they like it.

I do not get why they all want to put makeup on these people. Why not wash your face get all the makeup off and call it a day. I personally dig all the tattoos and piercings. Change the clothing this way he as a person comes through as well.

I love his natural eye color! I graduated high school in 1995, so this 90's hair band look is old hat for me. I like to know it carries on. That being said, I haven't heard any of their music, so I'm just commenting on "the look" not the sound.

He took it well and even though he hated it he was a good sport about it. He made me smile at the fact he didn't like it but complemented the makeup artist for his work. I like these kind of videos. People shot explore different looks even if they don't like everything about the look you might like pieces and implement the into your current or long term style. I like Goth ascetic, there is a uniqueness and authenticness to it.

Most alternative people I know, dress in regular clothes, It's just when they go out to the club or concert, they do themselves up.
I know the guy personally, am cousins with the bassist. They're centered in like Macon GA. Hanging out with them at concerts and such, plenty of similarly dressed people have come up asking for photos. There's plenty of goth people around, you just kinda have to go to events you're likely to see them at.

They are! I love every moment I've spent with them. Jade is my cousin and i was so proud of her joining their band 🥲 I've played gang beasts with 3/4 of the people in the band and all the time i spend with them is a wonderful experience. You genuinely can't be in a bad mood around Moloch.

- I have bright pink hair for over 25 years and when I came to live in a small town people looked odd at me!! Now they are use to see me like that and started to call me Pinkie, also because I'm a fan of that color haha. I started to wear pink and color my hair bright pink, because I have a serious chronic illness that causes hellish pain 24/7, so I did this to stay positive instead of taking anti-depressants, it works like a charm, ROFLMAO!!! Plus I wear colorful (preferably long) clothes. Plus I have a nose piercing (for almost 28 years), so that also was looked at as odd, out of the box. LOVE THAT!!

the reactions are so fun I love what the girlfriend said before seeing him, and I agree the style does look like a costume on him, probably mainly because you can still see the tatoos under the makeup, but coatchella style also is a tape of costume soooo 🤷♀
I would love to see more of his every day outfits and also a picture with goth style vs no makeup vs normi style
and then I have to agree with others the foundation isn´t quite the right colour, they tried to get him to look a bit more tanned, but it just looks off
and I also I wish the makeup artist had brought some proper makeup to cover the face tatoos as this is obviously what he tried to do but he sadly didn´t have a true full cover makeup available.

Did he say his mom let him get a lip piercing when he was 11? I guess a piercing is better than a tattoo. You can take the piercing out. I got my navel pierced when I was 18. I waited until the Schwans man was at our house before telling my parents. I figured they wouldn't kill me in front of a witness.

He stayed with me for a few weeks, and randomly in the middle of the night, him and his girlfriend would just be putting on makeup just for the sake of doing it. He's always in character, on and off stage. He based his stage personality on like 92% of who he really is

He’s an attractive man but clearly doesn’t like this change. I’m thinking of him in the Bahamas having a drink on the beach. I think if he’s happy in his own style he should stay that way. I’m all for everyone being themselves and wishing the world was more accepting. It would be a very boring planet if we were all carbon copies of each other.

I do not see any "glam rock". I totally do see grunge/goth for sure. You say "normie" like it is a bad thing. Lets not insult folks for not being a carbon copy of you.
