I can't fall asleep unless I'm watching a show. It's just too quiet for me otherwise, even with a fan going at full speed. And I always seem to wake up a few hours after I fall asleep and sometimes I can fall back asleep quickly and sometimes I'm up for a couple hours.

On the sleeping thing; I have a hard time falling asleep but am also a heavy sleeper. I recommend when you can't have sound playing, instead of scrolling social media, either download a few short stories (reading almost always puts me to sleep) or scrolling a couple posts on Bored Panda. The posts on Bored Panda are usually fluff and un-informative.

As someone who went through fertility issues before there were fancy pieces of equipment (ovulation kits), I had to monitor my body temperature. The actual female body temperature raises at ovulation and goes down at menstruation. So, don't think that's the reason you were hot. Perhaps a fever since you've been sick.

I have anxiety and love coffee so. It doesn't effect everyone the same. Not all of us have a break down just because we had a cup or two or a venti at starbucks. Coffee is often a self care and daily need for some of us.
Autozone break pads thing is true. you keep the old ones and turn them in and its forever free. Recently found out about that too

My daughter is homeschooled but is in a cheer team other kiddos just started school half of them have colds and strep throat after 2 weeks of back to school 😮 I started my daughter onto immunity boosters
I wakeup at 4:30a.m. and fall asleep at 10p.m. Everyday even weekends. On Sundays I wakeup at 415a.m.
