I'll be so sad to see ATI leave. I really look forward to it. I like it better than Rachel uncensored. Also I like the old format better. I was really interested in the things going on on the internet but it's not that anymore. Okay changed my mind the newest episode of Rachel uncensored is excellent.
Maybe for the Flip app (I think that’s what it’s called) you can also have people organise to watch sports games together or something? Either going to the game or watching it on TV with each other.
I literally cried when Rachel explained the DMs to Mama Gwen because it reminded me so much of my mom and explaining things to my mom and she passed away from cancer 2 years ago so it really made me cry happy tears.
I’m so glad you will still have momma Gwen on Rachel uncensored cuz I’m gonna miss her when you end this podcast

Thoroughly enjoyed the beginning of the podcast’s discussion of human emotions. I recommend the book “Atlas of the Heart” by Brené Brown. It’s a book where she, a professor and researcher on human emotions (specifically shame and vulnerability), goes through 87 of the emotions and experiences that define us as humans and helps us understand what we might be living through. It’s a brilliant book!
Hopefully you can add some of this pods element to your other podcast, and have Gwen on often!!

Sooo current psych major here, everyone is born with a certain temperament. Ur a generally happy baby, sad baby, angry baby. Ur temperament u can’t change ur born with it. As u grow up u develop an attachment style with ur parents. Secure, avoidant, dependent. Whatever attachment style u develop depending on how your parents are affects future attachments you have with people. If you have a dependent style you are more dependent on the people in the your life, secure attachment you are more on your own but value people who are very important, maybe mom or wife. Just google attachment styles psychology and go down a rabbit hole😂 it’s fascinating. Also love you Rachel if ur reading this

Rachel I understand your pain 2 summers ago we were camping and a bee was in my shoe it rlly hurt but no enough it was a problem but enough it was uncomfortable

I found out from my dr. Our bodies change every 7yrs. So at one point you can have all of these allergies then 7yrs later not be allergic to it. The only reason i know this is because i went through it. I used to love eating Lobster when i lived on the Eastern Shore of Va i had an allergy test done i had a bunch of stuff i was allergic to but lobster wasnt on that list at that time. 8 yrs later i had to have an allergy test done again Now it says im highly allergic to lobster and all seafood to the point they gave me an epi pen
My eczema flares every 7years. Fine for 7. Bad for 7. Its insane

I'm sorry for laughing at you stepping on a bee. It reminded me of the Amber Heard face over her dog stepping on one.
Idk the previous butt acne issue im only hearing of it now but you may very well just have folliculitis and in that case any lotions or oils or products may just make it worse and i recommend just applying hydrogen peroxide to the area daily after you shower but you should do your own research into folliculitis as well😉
