Hey Rachel…. To add to your brushing teeth thing, you’re NOT supposed to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth, so the fluoride in the toothpaste can stick to your teeth and protect them
some toothpastes say to rinse and some say not to
right?!
Petition for Abbie to become permanent cohost

Yassssssssss
👏👏👏👏
I love Abbie on the podcast, YES!
Yessssssss
A moment for the tanned Abbie❤
If I'm eating breakfast or drinking coffee that morning I won't brush my teeth until I'm done my breakfast or coffee. The toothpaste just makes everything taste nasty
Love it when Abbie comes on the podcast.
Omg that toothpaste comment was me!😂❤️
I feel like I accomplished something I’ve been wanting to accomplish for years lolol.
I don’t actually care as much as Abbie thinks I do hahaha I was just shocked that you feel so passionately about DOING IT when I’ve never known anyone personally who does😅and I’m like Rachel who gets passionate about little things like this😂also the crying emoji was just my personality coming out not actual anger or sadness over it lol.
Also, I’m not single haha my boyfriend also doesn’t brush his teeth first😅
how beautiful does Abbie look today and Rachel stunning as always
A comment on the tipping:
The establishments need to be paying the wages of their employees, not the customers. When you are tipping, the employer is able to pay their employees a lower base wage. It’s messed up and the big guys get to make more money and have us pay their workers.
To clarify: I mean tipping at places like subway. I’ve even been asked to tip at boutiques! Always tip your servers. I just think it’s ridiculous how greedy these companies are.
Well and I wonder if the subway that had the lower prices was also the one asking her to tip. Like the other place is raising sandwich prices to pay something closer to fair wage and the lower priced one is relying on customer tips to make up for worse wages.

Flubs and Follow-Ups
If the person who commented about the teeth brushing sees this, I’m sorry Abby said that.
Why did she feel the need to say you’re single and don’t care about hygiene? You have the right to comment about something. I know she’s standing up for Rachel, but there was no need in the first place. Some people brush and some don’t.. I think it’s more on the fact that your breath smells in the morning.. I’ve thought it was strange that people brush right away. But I don’t judge and say rude things about it… everyone’s different.
That’s exactly how I felt too. She literally mentioned that there has been times she forgot but then went really harsh towards that commenter
@@Chewygoo56 thank you!
The Friendly follow-up
I don’t brush my teeth first thing, I eat and drink coffee first then brush my teeth as part of getting ready! It really does for me effect then taste of my food and drinks. You aren’t meant to rinse with water after brushing your teeth, fluoride continues to work after your dose brushing that’s the whole point of fluoride. If I’m skipping coffee and breakfast that morning of course I’ll brush!
ahhhhhhhhh the what pisses me off segment coming back makes me SO heckin happy!!!! and hi abbie and lil dog!!!
I also can’t brush my teeth 1st thing when I get up, mostly because oj after brushing teeth is disgusting. I also use mouthwash in my teeth brushing routine so the mint flavor lasts longer than just brushing alone
You’re not supposed to rinse after brushing your teeth actually! Keep that fluoride goodness on those pearly whites. 😁
Yes! Agree! I learned this last year. I don’t swish with water after brushing anymore.
the spelling thing is funny because i have dyslexia and sometimes i spell things so wrong autocorrect doesn’t know what i’m trying to say 😂x
I throughout school was undiagnosed with dyslexia, I am diagnosed now in my 40s, I am female. All through school I kept telling my teachers, parents & doctors something was wrong & I'd explain what was wrong. I wish that I had doctors that listened to me but because I was a teenager I was just hormonal & need to take things in life with a grain of salt. Maybe this is why I hate doctors to this day! THANK GOD I found a doctor who listens to me now as an adult.
I Googled dyslexia, Studies have shown that dyslexia is more common among boys than girls, with some estimates suggesting that it affects up to twice as many boys as girls. However, some researchers believe that this discrepancy may be due in part to the fact that girls are often underdiagnosed or misdiagnosed with dyslexia.
finally abbieeeee!! we missed her
Follow up foolery, follow up frenzy
Nice the follow up frenzy is fabulous
Oh my LORD..."Should of/could of/would of" is the visual equivalent of nails on a chalkboard. Now I'm pissed too! 😆
I love your podcasts with Abbie keep it up❤
Love you guys sending all the healing vibes
Abbie’s hatred of “should of” makes me SO happy because I can’t stand when people say that!! And I love how she doesn’t hold back on her opinions of it either 😂
Rachel please read more old diaries! I live for them💜
Name idea for the follow-up segment: Follow-Up Forum :)
Ahhhh Abbie omg I love when you’re on the podcast and you look so beautiful👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and QOTD Rachel have you or Abbie had any paranormal experiences?
Not me going back to my text to make sure I type out "should have"
Love all the work Rachel does, and always jump to watch her videos. But this was one of my favorite podcasts in a long time; Abbie is just such a nice, intelligent person to listen to. They certainly deserve each other! Thank you, Rachel, for all the entertainment. As I am a man, you will not believe how carefully I am proof reading this comment before I hit send. 🙂 ("should of" and "on accident" are my two biggest pet peeves)
Yes!! You better keep Abbie on the podcast, I missed her❤
I love it when Abbie is on the podcast. Damn, she is a beautiful woman. Y'all are gorgeosu together.
Rachel’s rollover! I think that would be perfect!! ♥️
Abbie’s aggravation with people spelling makes me love her even more! 😂
I feel Abbie so hard with the should of I cannot take it. I will fully gentle parent my friends and find a way to use should HAVE in my next sentence to try to subtly bring attention to it LOL
I was always taught that you brush your teeth after a meal to get the food off your teeth. Every dentist I have been to over the years has advised this. 😮
Abbie needs to be a permanent person thank you.
We (wife & I) vote "Catch-up Corner" for the first segment :)
When I see my comment liked about wanting to see more Abbie and then the next day we are blessed with an hour of Abbie and Rachel just being amazing ❤❤😂
Friendly follow up 🙂
"Follow-up Feature" I get the name thing too. My name's Monica and I get either Monika in spelling or Monique in speaking. That's also why I'm not a teacher anymore. Grammar mistakes drive me crazy like they do Abbie and I have never been able to take it. I was so happy to retire, so happy!
I also only tip at sit-down restaurants.
Rachel and Abbie 💕
I brush my teeth before I leave the house.
Yea Abbie and little dog 😊❤great episode
Rinsing after brushing isn’t great you should let the fluoride sit unless your going to floss straight away using the left over toothpaste essence , I then personally use mouthwash after cleaning my tongue. I’ve never rinsed with water until I got my water flosser which I now use last so in order to
Brushing, flossing normally , clean tongue with tongue brush , mouthwash and then water flosser.
In uk we tip restaurants but never fast food or food deliveries ❤❤
Living in Ohio, my opinion is the cost of life has gone up because people minimum wage to be $15 but don't understand that by raising minimum that high it is NOT just minimum wage going up.......everything else has to go up to afford the $15 minimum wage. I think we need DEFLATION but there are too many greedy people out there to let deflation work. It is pitiful that before the lock down fast food had $1 menus (yes they were going out but they were there) and now you can barely find ANYTHING for at least $1 at a fast food place.
How bout follow up factor. Luv u guys sooooo much ❤
Thanks!
Love your tan, Abbie! Did you get a spray tan? Or what did you use?
In my country, as many others, tipping is 100% optional, since the restaurant already charges for it, and also they pay a fair salary to their employees. Obviously is not the greatest, but the responsibility falls in the employer, not the consumer.
I was going to say this, in most european countries thats what happens, we usually just tip if the service was beyond what was expected
I’m 16 years old and I’m dyslexic I have been diagnosed since I was 7 and my mum kept asking my teachers since I was in primary 2. my sisters name is saliah and I still have trouble spelling her name it’s not about being lazy it’s just how my brain works. The autocorrect thing my spelling and grammar is terrible and most of the time when I try and spell a word even autocorrect doesn’t know what I am trying to say. I spell phonetically it’s how my brain has always worked and certain words are really difficult to say and spell. Reading has also been a challenge ever since I was young and still is. For me it’s not about letters being 3D or moving it’s more how it takes so long to read a sentence and I don’t take it in also I skip words and lines and have to reread things many times. And reading out loud is probably the worst thing you could get me to do as I am prone to stuttering a lot and it is really embarrassing. So it’s not about being lazy my brain just works differently to others :)
Follow up File?
Also question for Rachel. Skin care routine? With better details. And for Abbie. Same question but also.. is your tan real? If not , what do you use? It looks amazing!
….I do wash my face with bar soap, but it’s Dove so it’s really gentle and has moisturizer built in. I have sensitive skin so I’m just happy using something that doesn’t aggravate or cause a rash/breakout.
I say yes to that!
In the uk we usually have tip jars at the front at the till that all the staff have to share out
Yes as someone from the UK this is a very normal thing. I only tip when big groups of us go out. But I guess our servers are paid better and don’t rely on tips to get by!
I love Abigail. She is amazing fabulous woman.
But I love raw onions, now I don’t eat them like apples but I do put raw onions on my sandwiches, burgers, and salads and tacos
Nothing wrong with enjoying the taste of raw onions. I don't think that Abbie really considered the fact that we don't all taste things in the same way. Taste buds (i.e. the amount and the sensitivity) vary across individuals. Like many things, tasting can be seen as a spectrum with non-tasters (those who find many foods to be bland due to having relatively fewer taste buds) on one end, supertasters (those who perceive tastes more strongly due to having relatively more taste buds) at the other end, and average tasters in between. It is totally plausible that North West's sense of taste leans more towards the non-taster end of the spectrum OR she might just really like the flavour of raw onion to the degree that she is willing to eat an onion like an apple. Either way, there is nothing wrong with enjoying the taste of raw onions just like there is nothing wrong with NOT enjoying the taste of raw onions. Individual people have individual tastes...quite literally! 😃
The way Rachel ripped that microphone away from her face tells me she got up to fix something real quick 😂
I completely agree with the name spelling thing, I work at Wendy's and if I'm ever unsure how to spell a name I ask because I would feel so bad if I spelled someone's name wrong
My favorite insult is telling someone they look like a picky eater
I’m someone with dyslexia and you will be surprised how bad my spelling. It is soo bad autocorrect has given up and now corrects certain words to wrong spelling of the word because I have spelt wrong so many times that it corrects it to that spelling. Lucky my friends and family understand that i can’t spell so they under what I meant to stay as they read the rest of the message. My family calls it Laurynese as it is like I have my own language.
I agree with the tipping thing, I will tip at regular restaurants, but not fast food or like a coffee shop. I've worked at a restaurant and know what it's like to not get tipped, but they get tipped because they don't make minimum wage, their income is supplemented with tips. Fast food employees make minimum wage or more.
Future follow-up!
I work at a coffee stand and tips are what makes it a "livable wage" , I look at is as we're providing you with a convenience not a necessity, and understand why tipping is a thing. Having to tip at a clothing store or something like that where no one really helped you I think is unnecessary
About the teeth brushing you actually are supposed to brush first thing in the morning because bacteria in your mouth multiply while you sleep and if you brush before eating it will help protect your teeth . I use to always wait until after I finished eating but I’m a dental assistant now and have been taught it’s the best to brush first. Do I always do it no lol
Follow up Frustrations is a good name for the section
Maybe that was just that subway? because I worked at subway for 6 years and, we always had a tip jar..... and that was 8 years ago.
Should of 😂😂😂 I feel like I talk like that but writing anything formal it’s always correct grammar
I live in Australia & think America should just pay their hospitality workers a proper wage
literally just commented the same thing. I hate some places in Aus too are starting to try and bring tipping in.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ here are your gold stars
‘Follow up Forum’ for your follow up segment
My name is spelled differently than most and I studied medical billing and coding so even before studying billing and coding I had issues when my name was spelled wrong. My maternal grandmother spelled my mom's name funny. Nineteen years and fifty one weeks later my mom spelled my name funny and about twenty eight years later I spelled my daughter's name funny (because I didn't want her to have a common name.) Now my daughter's name is not as rare as I thought it was but her spelling is unique.
I get riled over 'should've' being written as 'should of' too, but it's mostly when it's someone telling others they're wrong about something. Also there/their/they're etc...
I am also a Rachel, not a Racheal. I always say I am Rach "el" not Rache "al" 😅
Follow up Forum!
As an Australian that tipping culture conversation made me sooo frustrated. I just don't understand why the US can't pay their workers a livable wage.
Abby is great.
Abby looks so cute and Rachel does too
Call it the Follow-up Forum.
And yes, each subway is owned separately.
Thank you for touching on how our government works, the president doesn’t make the decisions
i don’t get morning breath because i sleep with my mouth closed.
The Follow-up Phase
Follow up foyer.. on your way to corrections corner 😆
I always tip even though I don't agree with it. Everyone should be paid a living wage! The reason there is tipping is because, way back for a black person working at a restaurant they were not paid by the owner, their only wage was their tips!
Some people can have underlying conditions and sometimes talk to text doesn't always autocorrect things and I've had brain surgery and I've lost between 25 and 30 percent of my vision and things don't always come out right and I don't always catch it
I rinse my mouth out VERY well after brushing my teeth but it ruins food for 30-60 mins after depending on the food.
If businesses properly paid their employees (aka servers), tipping wouldn’t need to be a thing. When I went to NZ & Australia last summer, tipping was not allowed. No card prompt to tip at restaurants/bars and they would not accept my cash tips. 33:30
I agree with the name thing especially because most people spell Lanie as Laney and mines Lanie but I extremely don’t like when they say to wrong after they know the correct way to say it
Follow Up Frenzy
Wait staff at restaurants do not get paid minimum wage. Their pay is less than minimum because it is expected that they will be tipped enough to make up the difference. They also do not get the full tip you give, because it is expected that they tip the host or hostess as well as the bar and the bussers. I believe they pay out between 3 and 5% to other staff and then they are taxed on their tips as well because it is claimable income and most restaurants keep track for them.
Followup Fragment!!
I also get angry about “should of” but can we talk about how commonplace the following is now: Me and Joey went to the movies. GGGAAAHHHH!!! Talk about wrecking the language. I hear it all the time with all ages on all platforms. Also, “Her and I love to eat sushi”. What’s happening, people?!!!
Do you think we'll be asked to tip at grocery stores soon? 😬
Follow-up Frenzy
abbie so gorgeous
I have straight hair , i have forgotten to comb my hair
did you know with fluoride toothpaste you’re NOT supposed to rinse your mouth after brushing.
You rinse them but not immediately after brushing. Supposed to wait a little for the fluoride to do its thing.
