Mt. Massive via the East Slopes route:
The trail is extremely well maintained, there is little to no route finding required other than the last 1/2 mile, and the terrain is very forgiving.
Not to mention, the views are fantastic...
This is a solid option for trail runners looking for a runnable route or those of you looking to get in some longer, non-technical mileage.

But yes I have - definitely a stark difference between the two. Just be prepared for a longer day on Longs!
