Most will but it's not done often unless they are connecting cabins
I've never asked for it to be done

I am a take everything out my luggage...my daughter dresses out of her luggage...lol

I used to over pack. But now I just rewear stuff. If needed, for longer trips I may get stuff washed. I always travel with a carry on
