Using someone’s drug abuse issues and addiction to paint them as a horrible person is a low blow. It’s a mental health issue and it does NOT make you a bad person. The fact that her team is trying to use his addiction against him is disgusting.

My ex used my ptsd and injuries against me calling Mr lazy for having a broken back saying I was abusive for being tired all day and not helping as much as I could I was on morphine valium and codeine.. It seems standard and my depression after my mum died litraly using that in court now to say I'm abusive Bd shouldn't see my kids because of those issues....

As a nurse for 15 years, I'm repelled by her sadistic behaviour.
As a firmer opiate addict, her testimony about his detox enrages me. He was going through withdrawal, one of the most agonizing, painful experiences a person can go thru and she takes it and twists it to make HER look like the victim. In order for her to be telling the truth, all of other witnesses including a nurse have to be lying. The way she always makes herself the victim is pathetic. There’s never one instance she has testified to where she did something wrong, ever. That should be the biggest red flag right there

I agree so much - opiate withdrawals are f***ing awful. Sweats, chills, RLS, nerve and/or muscle pain, fatigue, insomnia and the list goes on. My worst symptom? Anhedonia and the ensuing depression. Between the 15-20th DAY after cold stopping - I didn’t want to do anything at all, everything in life seemed hopeless, I was so bored and nothing seemed interesting. The RLS was REALLY bad but the anhedonia was awful and the fact you deal with this issue more than 2 weeks after going through hell… it’s awful. I don’t blame anyone for prolonging going into detox. Your life sucks for a good month and all you want to do is be put to sleep. To anyone reading this - I’d suggest quitting sooner rather than later, the longer you’re on a substance - the worse it’s going to be when you quit.

This is what her attorneys have prepped her for. Her attorneys don't want her to answer the question per se because answering the question asked may not work in her favor. This is a normal tactic during direct. The best part is always cross.

I cant imagine what Johnny's going through having to sit there and be quiet while hearing one tall tale after another. She seems like the person that would drive someone to drink, or do drugs as a mental escape from someone that has proven to be mentally and physically abusive.

A British court found that Johnny Depp was a proven wife beater, there is video evidence, in the comments section all we see is popular appeal that supports Depp, it means nothing. I've seen the videos of Depp being drunk and violent. I'm not saying that Amber is any better.
Once the croos exam will begin, she will be grilled to the crisp, i wouldn't be surprised that she will take 1 hour or 2 of answers then she will fake out something to get out of the cross exam. The difference between England and this day with questioning and such, is like night and day.
Sadly... All of us have a great advantage being able to watch the trial from CZcams, rewatch portions, and analyze it. There are a lot of outside sources we have access to like body language experts, attorneys, and people siding with Johnny. Unfortunately the court only has what is presented there. I think we are all holding out for Johnny, and if he loses, it's still going to be ugly for Amber.

At this point it’s unanimous that people know she’s bullshitting, and the jury definitely sees through this horrendous act. Stopping to take a picture for someone at their lowest (arguable could just be an overworked actor taking a nap) you’re so concerned about would not be my first thought. Okay, wait, she claims to have grown up in “a house full of heroine addicts” who had put her and her sisters through “severe childhood abuse” … and yet, she’s never seen anything like Johnny’s addiction to prescription painkillers? Also, this detoxing time was “so erratic” and unbearable, she’s turning him over in the night I’m assuming so he doesn’t choke on vomit, and witness to all this abuse of himself, but she has no idea if the time period lasted “weeks or months”? It is so disingenuous of her who is a known drinker of 2-3 bottles of $500 per bottle of wine, was taking adderall, Xanax, hallucinogens, and ecstasy… we know she was on all of those drugs by her own admission on the audio of the night Johnny was lying on a gurney waiting for his finger to be reattached, and she was running around the house, admitting to trashing the upstairs and downstairs, breaking a window, and of course they can’t play that audio in court based on a technicality but she admits she severed his finger and definitely not behaving like someone who had been sexually assaulted/beaten in the pelvic bone and dragged naked through broken glass. Also she never photographed any of her most egregious alleged assaults, but only 2 photos that don’t look authentic. She’s there because she cares about “this human” as if he’s a stranger she feels sorry for, but is taking time to photograph him sleeping in chairs on the island during one of the lowest times of his life… is that something a concerned spouse does? Especially when you say they’re not themselves and are in such a Terrible state they’ve begun to hallucinate, but you’re snapping photos FOR WHAT? Unless you plan to leave, you need something to use as blackmail in a divorce settlement!?

Isn't it interesting that she didn't start taking pictures, recording videos or anything else until after they were married? I honestly don't think the majority of the pictures should have been admissible simply because they could have been staged by her. The only photos they should have allowed were those that were taken by the police department.

The issue is that men are stronger than women, therefore In a Punch and Judy situation men are told to show restraint, the courts in western countries will always take a dim view of men who lash out. They were even witnessed being drunk in Australia. He knew that she was a lesbian when he married her, that was not a wise move at all, no doubt she was pushing buttons with Depp.

Sorry, but this is what happens in life. Happened to me. The expert drug detox and Hepatitis doctor sent my ex home to me, sick like he was dying on withdrawal combined with Interferon. I was already sick with bad flu myself. Doc did not ask me if I was able to help him. Did not ask him if he had someone to help him. Dumb Doctors. We live and learn
Detoxing off opiates is nothing like she describes. It doesn’t make you angry or violent.

I’m in my mid fifties and I fall asleep after work and that’s just a normal shift, working on a movie can be a 16hr day depending if everything went right technically and also how there schedule is, but they work extremely long hours and then there is time in the makeup chair costumes etc, they do that for 3-6 months let alone with this toxic person to come back to at the end of the day, performing is actually tiring to be believable in character it is exhausting.

Yes, I think it's a strategy by her idiot lawyers. That dreadful lawyer keeps saying "tell the Jury" and Heard immediately does just that. They're not going to be able to control Heard in cross. Her lawyer is very carefully leading Heard's "evidence". Heard will not have the benefit of scripted "evidence" and rehearsals for cross.
You’d usually look around the room when you tell a story. At least look at the person asking you the question.

This is something I’ve noticed guilty people do, like Jodi arias, almost robotically/religiously the entire trial. It seems disingenuous, coached, and like they’re trying super hard to connect w the jury
From my recollection, it’s to seek validation/ confirmation of belief. Which explains why she goes on tangents, because she keeps going until she sees the response she is hoping for.
I think it’s linked to a lack of belief or self-belief.
If we have confidence in what we are saying we need less external validation.

She says I found out he was taking double the amount. Found out means someone told you. It gets objected for hearsay, then amber says no no I saw it I witnessed it. Man this is just sickening the way she acts and how easy it is to see how she’s lying…smh

Here's what we've got so far:
1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission.
2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to cover her bruises frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company.
3) Past DV arrest against her ex, admitted to DV against Johnny, suspicion of DV against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, and his ex-spouses all speak highly of him.
4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie.
5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no DV history and was caught out by Johnny's lawyer.
6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard)
7) DV lawyers analyzing the case said her broken nose is fake and doesn't look like any of the countless injuries they've seen, and it's impossible to cover the swelling and bruising with makeup.
8) A former FBI and CIA body language expert said she shows signs of deception.
9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse.
10) Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay .
12) Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him .
13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife .
14) Allegedly hated his drinking problem and wanted to help him quit, but drank in front of him all the time .
15) Was completely different in her 2016 deposition, where she was arrogant and smirking.
16) Proven once again as a liar when she went back on her public promise to donate her divorce money to a children's hospital.
17) Fits Dr Curry's assessment of her mental disorders:
>A) Overly dramatic and embellishment (He beat me up like in a scene from the Avengers)
>B) Flowery language (He was the love of my life, It felt like a warm glow)
>C) Lacks actual substance (He beat me and I thought oh the carpet is dirty. There was mashed potatoes on the wall and my dog stepped on a bee, but oops I don't remember if I threw the bottle at him.)
>D) Mimicking (Copied Johnny's outfits every day and Dr Curry's hairstyle)
>E) Needy and needs approval (Audio of her refusing to let Johnny leave)
>F) Sense of shallowness (Facial expression changes in 0.5s whenever Camille objection stunlocks her)
>G) Externalization of blame (Never takes accountability for anything and paints herself as an angel)
>H) Deep seated anger and abuse of partners (DV)
>I) Manipulation and self-centred (Gaslighting: Look what you made me do Johnny)
>J) Fear of abandonment (Audio in Australia post finger accident of her crying and afraid it's over with Johnny)

Not to defend anything involving Amber Heard, but that is/was not a flash from any camera 📸… it was from the mounted witness stand monitor switching screens. No cameras/photos (other than the ones mounted in the courtroom) are allowed in there.

It also compartmentalizes and removes the guilt and narcissistic shame of the abuse she perpetrated on him, because narcs can't admit to the wrongs, abuse and toxic behavior they commit and they also can't deal with the guilt and shame either. Narcissistic abusers dehumanize their prey so it's easier to continue the abuse and reduces or eliminates the effects of guilt, narcissistic injury and shame. He was her narcissistic supply and he was a motherlode of supply for her. The very things she accused him of she did herself. All projection. She offends from the victim position and trust me, she ain't no victim. She's mentally ill and she loves violence. Dr Curry was spot on with borderline PD, histrionic PD and let's add NPD. The reason why she can't cry is because she's angry she has to go through this whole thing. Her body is leaking toxic emotions of narcissistic rage, contempt, arrogance and entitlement. Her underwhelming and melodramatic performance is disturbing.
