- Sean Herman, 33, is facing felony charges of misconduct for his apparent participation in a staged OnlyFans video. The woman in the video shows Herman her breasts to get out of a ticket. Herman was fired from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department and could face jail time if he’s convicted on the misconduct charges. What XYandZ other officers got away with has ZERO to do with THIS dept holding THIS one accountable. Just like with anything else in life, this needs to be looked at in a case by case basis. I think more often than not the media doesn’t report much on stories where cops are charged and put away, so people like you ONLY see the outcomes where nothing is done to the officer. There’s a false narrative here and you’ve latched right onto it. This guy lost his job and got charged and that’s all there is to it. This has nothing to do with other situations.
