I looked up Capcom space games and that was the only one that came up, but obviously got duped. I'm also gonna acknowledge that in Part 2.
Honestly for the FF I would've just made them one character with a special move that does a team-up attack with another member, then switches to that member (example, Human Torch calls in the Thing to help him out, then dips to leave the Thing as the new active member)... but they still all share the same health. They win together as a family, and if it comes down to it, they lose together too.
I heard that Capcom actually offered that idea up at one point (I think around MVC3) but Marvel turned it down because they would’ve preferred the FF to be solo fighters
I think your roster Is very good except for one thing, I found very strange having 4 Darkstalkers and dmc characters and only 3 street fighter characters (personally I would have swapped talbain with Luke and lady with maybe Tessa from red earth or date masamune from sengoku basara)
I do have DLC coming as well. I was originally just gonna go with Demitri, but Jon was a huge fan favorite, and I almost left out Nero, but it would have felt weird for me
I really like this roster idea I saw another MvC 4 video and it's different in an interesting way. One note for the knowehere guardians stage, I haven't played the game myself but Star Gladiator/Plasma Sword fits the space theme well. I really like the stages ideas. Lastly my two most wanted characters are Viewtiful Joe and Akira Kazama on the Capcom side. And on the marvel side probably just winter solider because he was so fun to play in infinite and Star Lord

I tell ya, there's a bunch of characters you included in the background of some stages that really should be playable. Like maybe Felicia (Darkstalkers), the Red Earth characters, Scarlet Witch, Arhtur and Firebrand from Ghosts and Goblins, Claire Redfield, Mike Haggar and Poison from Final Fight, Kang the Conqueror, a few of the characters from the Werewolf by Night B&W special (Werewolf by Night and Elsa Bloodstone), Roll, Bass, Protoman,Juggernaut, Abomination, Mega Man Volnutt, Sigma, MODOK, Nick Fury, M. Bison, She-Hulk, Nathan "Rad" Spencer, OG Mega Man, Lilith, Mephisto, Vision, Blackheart, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Drax the Destroyer, Morbius, Iron Fist, and Shang-Chi.
I couldn't fit them all into the base roster, but many of those did become DLC. Watch part 2 👀 though not all could make it as DLC either and I needed it to be a realistic size. Don't get me wrong, a LOT of them I wanted to include but felt it would be oversaturating the roster a bit
Very nice roster. I love the fact that you have Jon Talbain on the main roster. Can't wait for part 2 and hear your idea for a story mode and DLC. For DLC on the Marvel side I would have Rocket Raccoon return and Then Man-Wolf as a newcomer. Rocket to have another member of the Guardians of the Galaxy and because of how popular he is especially after Guardians of the Galaxy volume 3. Man-Wolf because he is a villain or a hero depending on if he is in control or not. He is John Jonah Jameson son of J. Jonah Jameson so that would make some interesting interactions with both Spider-men. Also I think he would make some interesting interactions with Jon Talbain, seeing as Jon is a born werewolf and Man-Wolf became a werewolf from a gem stone he found on the moon. Plus he could have an interesting play style that is different from Jon. Because Jon use martial arts and nun chucks. Whereas Man-Wolf can use his sword and pure ferocity. On the Capcom side I would have Chris Redfield return and Geo Stelar as the newcomer. Chris Redfield because think would be cool to see his interactions with Leon. Geo Stelar because I think him and Omega-Xis would have in interesting play style and interactions with X and Zero.

Gillam is a member of the Wolba Clan, a powerful race that has a wolf like appearance. He is close to the main character of that game. He is strong and very protective of his friends and family. Regina is a special intelligence operative attached to S.O.R.T. the Secret Operation Raid Team. She could use many different weapons with her military training and some time dodge a Velociraptor which could hit her opponent. Also her super could include a T-Rex. Garr he is one of the Guardians, a tribe created by the goddess Myria to eradicate the Dragon Clan. He could use magic and other abilities. I don’t know if you will talk about alternate costumes or skins in part 2. But here are a few ideas if you do. For Spider-man Peter Parker his iron spider costume, symbiote costume or a Spider-Wolf skin. For Captain America a Cap-wolf skin since that has become more popular, even showing up in that Marvel Avengers Game made by Crystal Dynamics and Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 or his World War 2 costume. Leon could have one with his police uniform. Wesker could have one in his stars uniform. Venom could have an anti-venom skin. Rocket Raccoon could have a venomized Rocket skin. Any marvel character that is not using their classic look could have that as a skin or costume.

I’d rather have 2099 over Miles. Spider-Man and Miles would be too similar but Miguel has some truly different and unique powers compared to Spider-Man. he has super speed fangs claws and literal venom. Miles is just the same as Spider-Man with two bonus powers. Plus Miguel deserves more love. He’s been around longer. And he’s truly unique.
I find it weird people never seem to add Rogue (in general) she's super popular. I think Rogue and Mega Man were the biggest "why aren't they here?" Marvel vs Capcom 3 characters. I would argue she's more popular then Storm or Jean but that's super debatable. But when I talk to people, typically Wolverine, Rogue, Nightcrawler or Gambit are the names that come up first. Weird Beast isn't more popular as well but that's a bit off topic.
The issue with Rougue is that for Marvel it would be too similar to Captain Marvel since in the comics Rougue got the abilities she uses in the Vs series on the versión that absorbed her abilities. So if you make choose Marvel between Rougue and Captain Marvel, definetly they always will choose the second since they want to push Captain Marvel intro everything recently.

The pro players are the ones who can barely see differences between the two Wolverine versions and casual players don't Even realize if they pick the two Wolverine variants. As much push as Xmen 97 can get Marvel will always choose Captain Marvel over Rougue due to them wanting to push their MCU stars to the fray Even when MCU Captain Marvel is mostly disliked.
Maybe some of Reed Richards' special moves would involve the rest of the F4 members. Sue Storm would make a brief force field, Johnny Storm can swoop in and burn and The Thing would start clobbering!

I'm not saying that nobody can do the same video idea because obviously everyone has their own perspective, likes and opinions but Throgi's Arcade did a video like this a while ago so I was just wondering, also great roster! Personally I would replace Punisher with Ant Man and Taskmaster with Doctor Doom for this base roster but not bad. Not bad at all. As for the stages, your idea to combine the two universes is cool, but I feel in execution the background would get too busy and distracting.
I almost had Ant Man in there but struggled as to how his Moveset could go, and I did end up putting Doom in DLC I would agree with the stages and almost didn't include that portion, but thought, "Well if Smash could do it" and decided there would be an option to turn off the distractions and just have the stage if you wanted to
@@Cybertechwerewolf Even if Smash has background elements for the stages, I think it does help to consider that it is a platform fighter and not a traditional fighting game. Even beyond that, the background elements aren’t as busy as your suggestions. A lot of the character cameos in Smash stages are either just standing and posing or flying in and out at a reasonable pace. There’s never really an all out brawl or war between characters in the background. It’s actually because of Smash why I’m critiquing this aspect. If you don’t remember, people complained about Smash Wii U’s Final Destination being too distracting and busy. If people felt that about that stage, than imagine how distracting some of the grand scale fights in the background could be. A stage can tell a story but it can’t be too chaotic and overshadow the main fight, you know? It could still work depending on the execution, but it’s kind of hard to envision it without severely limiting the ideas at the same time. As for Doctor Doom, I had a feeling he’d be DLC but my point was I would prefer him on the base roster and Taskmaster as DLC. It just makes sense to me to include such an iconic Marvel villain without a pay wall.

The roster for Marvel vs Capcom 4 should be all the characters returning from the past with some new characters. Much like how Smash Ultimate was. This would fix the Marvel vs Capcom series
Honestly bro, I can see you've tried with this video, but most of these picks feel pretty basic, like, if you have to choose between Talbain and Demitri for a Darkstalker, go with Talbain. Demitri has already been in the versus series through CvS, and he's the protagonist of the first Darkstalkers game, while Talbain became a fan favorite simply because of who he is and, most importantly, cuz of his unique playstyle. And if you already have a fan favorite, you can use the other "slot" to add a more crazy pick like Pyron, Huitzil or the fish guy (MvC2 did that by having Felicia and the mummy guy). Beyond that, some parts of the video feel like you just made some quick research, Juri is from SF4, not 5, or maybe you just got confused and I'm being picky, idk. Anyway, your editing is pretty good, and the video is quite long, so I figure it must've been a lot of work, nice stuff overall, but could definetly be better
Nice idea but I'm going to have to disagree about not changing Strider Hiryu. I would like for Capcom to put the Strider Hiryu of 2014 in the game because we've seen Hiryu in original ninja outfit for the past few years and besides the 2014 has a lot of new moves to be added in the game.

If you are doing a series of fighting games dream rosters you may want to do indie smash bros Street fighter x tekken Sega smash bros Pokemon x digimon Or a me pick yugioh vs card fight vanguard rl stine fighting game or craig of the creek fighting game
Your rosters pretty whack. Very basic and some of the characters would have very similar move sets. You don’t need nightcrawler, you need to include Gambit, Rogue, Psylocke and Cyclops as well as Phoenix. New additions could be Magik, Polaris and Dazzler. Wesker needs to be in the game as well as Nemesis.
They’ll definitely need to add night crawler after the last episode in x men 97 he’s gonna be a fan favorite. In mv3 they were like 4 swords characters they all played differently and you can do a lot with nightcrawler and his BAMF

Watched both part 1 and 2, just have to say: There is too much dark stalkers and devil may cry characters imo. Wesker in the main line up, but no Chris or even Jill? What about Juggernaut? Or monster characters like Shuma? Most of the DLC were just Infinite characters, yet no Captain Marvel? Feels like there were some big misses. I mean, people like Daredevil and Kingpin are pretty generic fighters that don't really have any uniqueness in their fighting styles, except for fighting blind, which you can't really do well in a video game. Maybe too much pandering to movie and tv show adaptations.
ok so there is a lot of good thing in this but -I would also have bring back Blackheart -1 spiderman but not 2 -enstaid of Magneto I would pick Exodus (first one of my favorite mutant and I am french so yeah...) but more seriously Exodus is both telekinésist and telepathe wich make him a combinéson of both Magneto and Jean. -yes nightcwaler is popular but I would have pick x-men more versatile like Ilyana rasputin aka Magik (colossus sister) who can create portal, use mystique spell , have a demon forme with hell filer, summon demons and use her soulsword or Monet saint croix aka M/Penance who can use telepathi, telekinésie, fly, super strenght and can transforme herselh into a red forme with sharp clwans but what you did is amazing and I very happy you bring back Jedha with Dimitri and John, and Lady and Nero. and sorry for the orthographe....

Regina is a special intelligence operative attached to S.O.R.T. the Secret Operation Raid Team. She could use many different weapons with her military training and some time dodge a Velociraptor which could hit her opponent. Also her super could include a T-Rex. Garr he is one of the Guardians, a tribe created by the goddess Myria to eradicate the Dragon Clan. He could use magic and other abilities.
I don’t know if you will talk about alternate costumes or skins in part 2. But here are a few ideas if you do. For Spider-man Peter Parker his iron spider costume, symbiote costume or a Spider-Wolf skin. For Captain America a Cap-wolf skin since that has become more popular, even showing up in that Marvel Avengers Game made by Crystal Dynamics and Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 or his World War 2 costume. Leon could have one with his police uniform. Wesker could have one in his stars uniform. Venom could have an anti-venom skin. Rocket Raccoon could have a venomized Rocket skin. Any marvel character that is not using their classic look could have that as a skin or costume.

No Dr Doom - arguably the most popular character from the Fantastic 4 franchise
No Mike Haggar - An Icon
No Nathan Spencer - a fan favorite

While I agree with most things you posted, DMC Nero can easily replace Spencer. Just the Devil Bringer alone makes him obsolete.
Great call on nightcrawler. I'd also love to see beast. Maybe even charles xavier. Could be a lot of fun coming up with that move set.

I’d rather have 2099 over Miles. Spider-Man and Miles would be too similar but Miguel has some truly different and unique powers compared to Spider-Man. he has super speed fangs claws and literal venom. Miles is just the same as Spider-Man with two bonus powers. Plus Miguel deserves more love. He’s been around longer. And he’s truly unique.

I find it weird people never seem to add Rogue (in general) she's super popular. I think Rogue and Mega Man were the biggest "why aren't they here?" Marvel vs Capcom 3 characters. I would argue she's more popular then Storm or Jean but that's super debatable. But when I talk to people, typically Wolverine, Rogue, Nightcrawler or Gambit are the names that come up first. Weird Beast isn't more popular as well but that's a bit off topic.
The issue with Rougue is that for Marvel it would be too similar to Captain Marvel since in the comics Rougue got the abilities she uses in the Vs series on the versión that absorbed her abilities.
So if you make choose Marvel between Rougue and Captain Marvel, definetly they always will choose the second since they want to push Captain Marvel intro everything recently.

The pro players are the ones who can barely see differences between the two Wolverine versions and casual players don't Even realize if they pick the two Wolverine variants.
As much push as Xmen 97 can get Marvel will always choose Captain Marvel over Rougue due to them wanting to push their MCU stars to the fray Even when MCU Captain Marvel is mostly disliked.
Maybe some of Reed Richards' special moves would involve the rest of the F4 members. Sue Storm would make a brief force field, Johnny Storm can swoop in and burn and The Thing would start clobbering!

I'm not saying that nobody can do the same video idea because obviously everyone has their own perspective, likes and opinions but Throgi's Arcade did a video like this a while ago so I was just wondering, also great roster! Personally I would replace Punisher with Ant Man and Taskmaster with Doctor Doom for this base roster but not bad. Not bad at all.
As for the stages, your idea to combine the two universes is cool, but I feel in execution the background would get too busy and distracting.
I almost had Ant Man in there but struggled as to how his Moveset could go, and I did end up putting Doom in DLC
I would agree with the stages and almost didn't include that portion, but thought, "Well if Smash could do it" and decided there would be an option to turn off the distractions and just have the stage if you wanted to
@@Cybertechwerewolf Even if Smash has background elements for the stages, I think it does help to consider that it is a platform fighter and not a traditional fighting game. Even beyond that, the background elements aren’t as busy as your suggestions. A lot of the character cameos in Smash stages are either just standing and posing or flying in and out at a reasonable pace. There’s never really an all out brawl or war between characters in the background.
It’s actually because of Smash why I’m critiquing this aspect. If you don’t remember, people complained about Smash Wii U’s Final Destination being too distracting and busy. If people felt that about that stage, than imagine how distracting some of the grand scale fights in the background could be. A stage can tell a story but it can’t be too chaotic and overshadow the main fight, you know? It could still work depending on the execution, but it’s kind of hard to envision it without severely limiting the ideas at the same time.
As for Doctor Doom, I had a feeling he’d be DLC but my point was I would prefer him on the base roster and Taskmaster as DLC. It just makes sense to me to include such an iconic Marvel villain without a pay wall.

Yeah, you're right, and it almost was like that, but I decided I wanted to save bigger threats for later on based on how my story was going, so it made sense to swap them around.

Honestly bro, I can see you've tried with this video, but most of these picks feel pretty basic, like, if you have to choose between Talbain and Demitri for a Darkstalker, go with Talbain. Demitri has already been in the versus series through CvS, and he's the protagonist of the first Darkstalkers game, while Talbain became a fan favorite simply because of who he is and, most importantly, cuz of his unique playstyle. And if you already have a fan favorite, you can use the other "slot" to add a more crazy pick like Pyron, Huitzil or the fish guy (MvC2 did that by having Felicia and the mummy guy).
Beyond that, some parts of the video feel like you just made some quick research, Juri is from SF4, not 5, or maybe you just got confused and I'm being picky, idk. Anyway, your editing is pretty good, and the video is quite long, so I figure it must've been a lot of work, nice stuff overall, but could definetly be better

Nice idea but I'm going to have to disagree about not changing Strider Hiryu. I would like for Capcom to put the Strider Hiryu of 2014 in the game because we've seen Hiryu in original ninja outfit for the past few years and besides the 2014 has a lot of new moves to be added in the game.

Your rosters pretty whack. Very basic and some of the characters would have very similar move sets. You don’t need nightcrawler, you need to include Gambit, Rogue, Psylocke and Cyclops as well as Phoenix. New additions could be Magik, Polaris and Dazzler. Wesker needs to be in the game as well as Nemesis.
They’ll definitely need to add night crawler after the last episode in x men 97 he’s gonna be a fan favorite. In mv3 they were like 4 swords characters they all played differently and you can do a lot with nightcrawler and his BAMF

Watched both part 1 and 2, just have to say: There is too much dark stalkers and devil may cry characters imo. Wesker in the main line up, but no Chris or even Jill? What about Juggernaut? Or monster characters like Shuma? Most of the DLC were just Infinite characters, yet no Captain Marvel? Feels like there were some big misses. I mean, people like Daredevil and Kingpin are pretty generic fighters that don't really have any uniqueness in their fighting styles, except for fighting blind, which you can't really do well in a video game. Maybe too much pandering to movie and tv show adaptations.
I feel like Hsien-Ko should be in. She was not done justice in 3
