A lot of mental plans for my 95 XC have been utilized here and very pleased how it actually lays out. Cutting weight wherever I can at the moment, not a strictly drag truck.. Just a toy, but one that can do an array of things well. Very VERY well. Given these are the last of a breed that will readily accept carbureted gen 1 as well as LS based builds.. These will start climbing in value. I expect survivors to soar in value, especially 2nd gens. Chevys always do.

Sweet Truck. You will definitely enjoy the EFI setup. I have a 87 Army K30 truck that has been converted from 6.2 diesel to 5.3 Gen3. I have just build a LQ4 6.0 with a cam for it. EFI is really the way to go.

Honestly a Big part in the inspiration on building up my 94 s10! With the booster possibly look into going with a hydro booster from a 80s 350 diesel monte suppose to help Alot with low vacuum. Otherwise keep the videos coming awesome content👌🏻👍🏻👌🏻

I was thinking of hydroboost but really the only reason is its an ugly set up IMO. Thats why i have a manual steering unit in now, its much cleaner looking... but ill put it back in when i start autoX'ing more

@@RaceTruckRyan My plans are exploring the possibility of using a manual rack from a miata. Going with manual master cylinder for sure, ran manual on a V8 CJ-7 and she'd lock up them 33's no sweat.

I was looking at Hydroboost for my 94Sonoma ext cab. but I don't have power steering so it's going to be NO, power steering, power brakes or heat/ac. I guess the good part is the weight loss....
