you need to race "Billy the Kid" again S10 vs S10 now that would be an AWESOME show down, then set down with the Ol'man for an interview, you could make this happen, you are the first Huge name that Billy raced, I think it would be huge for both channels for some amazing content...

Watching Dave put the drive line back in reminds me of the time(s) I've been on my back in the driveway,, had the cups packed with grease to hold the needle bearings in but hit the cup, it falls off, needle bearings scattered and can't find ONE. What a PITA that was.
Just tape the cups on the driveshaft

I love the fact that Dave calls this his daily driver. 1100 hp, carbon fiber driveshaft, powder coated frame, fuel pumps big enough to run five V8 pick up trucks and the list could go on for a half hour. Dave, your idea of a daily driver it’s not the same as other peoples idea of a daily driver. This thing is an absolute beast in its own right… this will decimate 95% of the vehicles on the road today with ease. Beautiful truck but Goliath is still sexier. 🇺🇸💪🏼

Well..my frist watch of your deal,enjoyed it. I'm in my 70s and spent 20 years around high end dirt track late model stuff good cars in kansas and Oklahoma talking early 80s fast stuff for the time. Great 'sleeper' wastegate exhaust idea, hidden in plain sight! The QA1 drive shaft isn't overkill at all. If a guy can afford one it's the ONLY way to go. U-joints fail in daily drivers too. A drive shaft loop will have to suffice for the majority of us BUT the QA1 is - WOW!

Love the Plain-Jane style exhaust piping. Bringing the snails forward to behind the rear wall, using an inline barrel-styles W/A IC undernead on way back to engine or put the IC just before the throttle.

Hello Dave, some years ago you were racing in the Rochester NY. area and had a tranny problem and got some help from a friend of mine at R&R Racing Trans in Olean NY. Just want to mention i've recently bought Kevin's street project off him, very clean NC 94 Sonoma ext cab with 640 NA HP. SBC with 400 nitrous system on the side. Will be putting it on the streets next spring. Love your truck....

It's nice that they make drop in 9inch rears now. Back in the day it wasn't easy swapping rears. I messed up 2 housings before I figured out how to narrow them 😆 Thankfully they were 8.8s and not 9"s . But I also did some 9's later on for guys once I got the lathe setup.

Well I’m glad I got to see that truck first hand. I’m the unknown guy in the white mustang that should of lost to Dave in the daily driver race at maple grove. I know everyone is talking shit and making excuses believe me I know. He spun and definitely didn’t have it turned up. But it was a once in a life time chance and I took it. That thing is a bad ass truck. And Dave it was an honor to race you and it was fun as hell. Thanks for the race.

When street outlaws come out, you were one of the two I pulled for. You seem to be a down to earth no bs type of guy. I like the s10, and I’m not the Chevy guy. I guess I need to learn a bit about turbos, throw them on a small block ford and try to keep up..lol...

I'm currently building a 94 SS s10 with iron block 6.0 . You and Billy should get together for a 10 on 10 race that would be cool.
We see a few have mentioned a race between Dave's daily S10 and Billy. As much as we love our SRC family Billy's truck isn't on the same planet with this truck. Can Billy hang with Dave's truck, my guess is not even close. Billy can drive his truck on the street like a banchee,, but so can Dave.
Beg to differ. I believe Dave would get gaptized by a M'Fn street truck. LOL
