Dan lok, just started watching your videos last week. Initially drawn in by the jkd, because I've trained with Sifu Dwayne Keller in Crystal River Florida.... Who was primarily trained by Ted Wong and Lamar Davis, among other's. I then started watching your "boss in a Bentley" series as well, and very much appreciate all the advice and truth.
I'm very impressed with your Sifu. His bai-jong foot work is impeccable. Very good tips offered up on all fronts. Thank you for your efforts, sir.

This is great. Love these videos with your sifu. Ocatvio should be in movies!!! I just started taking JKD for 4 months now. I am 58 and loving it. Reaction time...in tight close punching. I am just at the beginning stages and learning destructions and straight line punching. Some great tips on speed and how to punch too ....not being tight. I am learning that. THanks for posting!!!

Years ago I use that speed technique to pick Apple's, my hand was on its way to pick one while I was looking for the next, it may sound silly but to do it at speed with out bruising them while on the top step of a 12 ft ladder wearing a picking bucket with out support takes experience. Now I just need to apply that to martial arts lol.
