So ya this thing is 20,000 mah but that's at charging at 3.6v.
If you're charging normal electronics with it that charge at 5v, your usable capacity drops to 12,000mah.

The other limitation is similar in that I couldn't power the laptop AND use the USB-A chargers at the same time.
