this is my favorite song on the album. It's not just because Jimin and Jungkook are two people I love very much, but because it reminds me of the importance of having someone around who makes you feel safe. My favorite song!!! At first, I couldnt go through it all because I was sobbing. Literally crying as if someone had passed away. Its just so perfect the way Jimin sings this. Jimin feels deeply and appreciates those who love him. This song encapsulates perfectly his gratitude for someone who has cared for him time and time again. The way he sings "to you who saw me greater than my little self" just broke me. How many of us have someone that always cheers us on and sees out greatness? Meanwhile we look down on ourselves or like we are not great. Its beautiful to have someone in your life that praises you, supports you and loves unconditionally.
The fact that now jimin revealed that he wrote it when they decided to live separately, and go solo for a while and this lyrics is about how armies would feel inside... He wrote it for us guyss... He is an angel.. when i read the lyrics , i start getting flashbacks of the festa 2022, the same feelings those insecurities but still the trust on them... He portrayed every bit of emotions perfectly like it was meant to be 💜
