Just got in a '67 BandMaster head, but haven't unboxed it yet. This once sounds pretty darn good!

I don't recall the bandmaster cabinet ever having FOUR 12" speakers. Big as the cabinet was, all of them (including mine) that I ever saw had only 2 12s.
(Mine came with 2 JBL D120s - sounded amazing).
I do love how the one camera is vibrating sympathetically with the powerful waves the amp is delivering.
Most of us can't do it often, but there is always a special kind of giddy joy when we get to turn an amp up all the way, and good things happen.
    :-)

Mine is also a 2x12, exact same size cabinet. It has the blue Utahs in it, still kickin ass! I guess it’s rare to find the head and cabinet together these days. I feel lucky. It breaks up perfectly at around 6 1/2 or 7. I’m too scared to dime it, those Utah’s are old lol

@@ryanfulldark2775 Fender went to a larger cabinet -- I think -- to compete with Marshall and VOX. All I ever saw in cabs this big were 2X12 or 2X15.

Only 4x12 I know of(I’ve got a bunch of silverfaces) is the 73 bassman 100 cab it’s the pyramid style sounds terrible for bass but rocks for guitar as long as you don’t have to move it lol.

Yeah I have 2 bandmaster cabs, both with the “drip edge” and both have only (2)12”s
One has the original 68 band master head to match and the other I matched with a 68 bassman.

I owned this amp for 30 years. Bought it for $100 in the early 80's. I believed ( & was told) it had 4 x 10's not 12's. Never unscrewed the back of the cabinet to check though. Great amp. Miss it, but a pig to hall around.

1954 BM with 1-15" sounds better though
