She's hit so many people with phoney late charge fees when 'SHE'S' the one who never showed up for work till the 8 th day of JULY!! Then she gives 'nasty very threatening letters' to the ones she wants to kick out...esp. folks like me who stand up to her.
On the 'letter' it states that you have 3 days to 'pay up' but she waits till 6 pm to have the asst manager hand out her little 'love notes' which means you only have 2 days... BUT the best part is she's out the door and gone !!
Tomarrow when I confront the "B" I will be with a LAWYER, she won't see THAT coming. Shortly after that she'll be confronted with the board of health (for black mold in my apt) and the Fire Department for faulty switches....
Think she'll have a very busy day indeed !!! I wonder if a ghost that followed me and a friend back to his house might visit the manager. Himmmm🤔 I have a few videos up and you can see the black hooded ghost if you'd like.

6-7M for the place sounds fair but because of placing the house will be worth much more even though it’s badly designed
@@FastTeam11 It's mind boggling how someone like you thinks they know what they are talking about. Even in beverly hills this house is worth no more than 7-8m. Anywhere in the valley it's worth around 4-5m.
FastTeam11 houses regularly sell in the $4M-7M range in that neighborhood, so in this case no; it’s not just about the location.

A video idea could be doing a tour of a luxury high rise downtown LA apartment. Starting at the base 1 or 2 bedroom layouts, then going up the the penthouse for the end of the video.

Also Miele is a family named brand from Germany. One of the last of the companies not to have their products to be sold in food store like soo many other brands. When I was in retail 16-17 years ago I sold many of their products and quality is amazing from Miele.
