When Michael talked about the $81 million dollar house I was reminded of how that home worried me. First off there was the fact that every room was massive so that everything felt a bit oppressive instead of comfortable. Then there was that water damage to that one window in a home that is only five years old. In a place that doesn't get much rain it suggests the construction was poorly done.
This home feels so much more comfortable as while it's large it's built on a much more human scale.
