@@myexperimentalmind I love it, been incorporating it into my daily workout session. Use it for warming up, sometimes extra swings after my workout, and this is nice to do when giving body ache some rest in between workouts. Continue to learn the intermediate movements, not really easy for me but it’s fun to do even with that few basic moves.
I understand motion and flow but without increased resistance the body remains the same. That being said, for those that want this level of conditioning..... wonderful. I only ask about the possibilities as you add weight for low impact strength/core building.
✅ Easy start with free training for beginners 💪 No stress to joints and tendons 🐙 Improved balance and mobility 😎 Less recovery time after exercise 🪢 Improves proprioception 💦 Optimal for fat burning 👌 May be performed after injury to maintain fitness level as you heal ☑️ Easy to do for most people, making it perfect for any fitness level or age group
You can achieve that. It’s a good workout if you want to make it that. If you go slow and flow, it’s more about mobility, coordination and body fluidity. Plus mental benefits. Rope flow pairs perfectly with strength training and in that way you can make amazing gains ;)
You can get lean without doing anything. Your diet and whether or not you burn more calories than you input determines leanness. Rope flow can help with burning calories, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility. The ropes are weighted so it can even be a form of rehab / prehab / explosive work. Depends on how you use it.
Best rope flow video ever.

Really cool and soothing to watch. Reminds me of the days spinning glowsticks on strings. The technique seems simular.
Awesome. I am 74 years old and working hard on learning. Would love to see it slow motion. Thanks so much!
Keep on going! We have plenty of moves in slow motion in our Octomoves app ;) you can check it at join.octomoves.com

Great, smooth flow but it’s hard to see the rope, it blends in too much.
Thank you. The main idea behind it was to find a flow and blend in it 😉
