    Thanks for the slow motion. That's my biggest gripe when people post technique / tutorial videos. The slow-mo makes a real difference when trying to learn it!

      To me it looks like coordination, timing, flexibility, and muscle and joint health by moving your body in the three planes of motion. In short, it's like active yoga.

    I keep hitting my arm or i have to basically jump out of the way of the rope or it hits my leg... What am i doing wrong???

      2 Key things to explore and hone with the Sneak especially when it come to feeling crowded.
      -When and Where you weight is shifting. The sneak has 2 beats on the front foot and one on the back.
      -the other is leading the rope with your thumbs. the tighter you can turn your thumbs over during some points in the move will create a more vertical roll. This create more clearance and assists in the first part of shifting your weight.
      The Real key is to not get frustrated and to accumulate a single good rep at a time. They add up quickly and you will be rolling fast in no time.
