How was the weather in the balewashi area?
It was normal around 9am but hot yesterday afternoon when I went there. Ghana weather hmm
I can build a luxury 3 bedroom house on my land with just under $80k/$90k. Why the hell will I pay $120k for a 2 bedroom apartment in Kasoa?
Let me help you think different. If you're an investor and you spend $90k to build a house, would you sell it same price $90k ??
