    In this routine, I am going to show you my go-to exercises for my 11 abs in just 11 minutes.
    This workout is short but intense and it targets the right muscles to get the 11 down the stomach.

    Bicycle crunches- 30sec
    Frog crunches- 30 sec
    Sit ups- 30 sec
    Reverse crunches- 30 sec
    Single crunches- 30 sec each leg
    Hand crunches- 30 sec
    In out abs- 30 sec
    All 4's Knee to Elbow - 30sec each leg
    Slow mountain climbers- 1 min
    Rest- 30 sec
    Repeat from the start

    So I'm going to be updating throughout the days. I'm incorporating this workout with her 1 week flat stomach one and hopefully and least 300 crunches per day!
    Day 1: I just did it, and I was super tired but I managed it. No results yet, of course
    Day 2. It was a tiny bit easier and I added the 1 week one today. I was about to die, but I love it so far! Haven't started with the crunches yet.
    Day 3: I was still dying but I managed to power through without stopping it, and I found it slightly easier as well as the 1 week flat stomach workout! I can see a really faint line going down the middle of my stomach which is great!
    Day 4: I had a bit of a break because I was lacking motivation but I started again and I feel so much more confident and fit. I see much more difference and I can't wait to continue! My abs are much more defined.
    Day 5. Please forgive me but I took a break because of school work
    Day 14. Hey guys, I took a long break from CZcams but just so you know this workout works so well. I'm so shocked from the results and when i look in the mirror in the morning i cant recognize myeself. I will continue working ojt for a month and I'll update when the time comes.
    Hey guys a month has passed and I feel so fit and confident. I have been eating the same , and sometimes have had cheat days but my abs are much harder now and I'm so much more confident in my bikini.. Thank you Holly for changing my life

    GUYS, this is honestly the best one for abs. I've been working out for months, I used to do others, but this one is just perfect. You really can feel the burn, it doesn't take too much time and geez do it constantly and you'll see some really stunning results! Do it!

      I know, it's amazing. I've tried other 11 abs workouts and this is the only one that has worked on me. I've been doing it for like 10 days and I see a change already

    I started this today and I’m also doing her 1 week flat stomach workout, I’ll keep updating !! (2x a day and also doing 600 crunches,, 200 morning, 200 noon, & 200 night)
    Day 1: Wow it really burns. I couldn’t do the full thing without stopping for short rest breaks w both workouts. I feel great afterwards, it feels like I got a good workout in.
    Day 2: Woke up feeling a little sore and the workouts were still difficult. I’m probably imagining it but the line down the middle of my stomach looks a little more defined but it’s most likely just me being hopeful haha. Still feeling great and accomplished. I was proud of myself for finishing today :)
    Day 3: The workouts are definitely getting a little easier but I still need to take a few breaks during some of the sets. I feel great and I’m eating healthier now because of this and I can tell my stomach is getting a little flatter :)
    Day 4: The workouts are definitely getting a lot easier and I’m feeling great still. I feel really accomplished and I’m becoming more toned so it’s going well
    Day 5: (sorry I forgot to update!!!) I’ve been feeling great and I’ve never been so toned. After the first few days the soreness goes away and I’ve been getting used to the workout and I can almost do most of it without stopping.
    Day 6: pretty similar to day 5, still feeling great and eating healthier, I’ve been trying so hard to get back in shape and this has definitely been helping me.

      Shaylice Harris this is great! I’ve never thought of it like this before !! I’ve had trouble staying motivated, I used to work out but the last couple months I haven’t been and I had noticed that I’d been gaining weight. With it being summer and all I’m not in any school sports either and I just really wanted to get back into exercising because it makes me feel so good. Thank you !! :)

    Girlll, i did this workout yesterday and i didnt feel anything LITERALLY anything so i did just one set, today i cannot laugh because of soreness in my abs,i already have had abs (not so noticable) but now? U can see them really well

    SO GOOD! You have the best abb workouts! I would love if you could do the hardest abb routine you could imagine while still being within a like 10 min range. I have trouble finding routines that are advanced enough that aren't super long :)

    Hey everyone, so I’m going to be trying to do this everyday for 2 weeks and I’ll update every day. I already have a somewhat flat stomach but your girl still has to suck in lol. Wish me luck cause I’m gonna need it 🤣
    Day 1 - I got motivated to start this challenge at 11pm bahahah. I just did it and it surprisingly wasn’t too bad. My abs are burning a little but no change yet.
    Day 2 - felt a bit sore at the start of the workout but I was fine once I got into it. Halfway through I got really tired but I made it to the end. Abs are feeling strong.
    Day 3 - felt pretty much the same as yesterday, I don’t think it’s any easier just yet. It may be wishful thinking but my stomach does look a bit more toned and it’s easier to hold my stomach in if that makes sense. I actually just did the workout again cause I got motivated hahah. Surprisingly I wasn’t really tired even though it was the end of the day.
    Day 4 - feeling really motivated, I feel like a line is appearing on my stomach. I’m not as sore as I was yesterday either. I have to admit, the mountain climbers kill me though!
    Day 5 - I had to do this really early in the morning because I was going away. It felt pretty much the same as yesterday. I ate really bad tonight though and now I’m super bloated.
    Day 6 - I felt really bloated and sick today, most likely because I ate a lot of unhealthy foods since it was my friends birthday. I pushed myself to do the workout and I was fine once I got into it. This could be tmi but it also helped to release a lot of wind hahahha. I also took a before and after photo and although I am still quite bloated my belly was visibly tighter.
    Day 7 - not feeling as bloated today. The mountain climbers are seeming to get easier now.
    Day 8 - I feel like my stomach still looks kinda bloated, the line is very faint. I was feeling really self conscious so I did it again. My abs look a little more defined.
    Day 9 - done, the same as yesterday.
    Day 10 - maybe a little more an definition today. It’s hard to tell if it’s the lighting or not.
    Day 11 - my abs look a bit more defined once again. The workout seemed to go quick.
    Day 12 - done, maybe I’m not eating as healthy as usual since it’s school holidays, but I feel like my stomach looks good after the workout and then it goes away. I would really appreciate any tips if you’re doing this too and have had the same thing !!
    Day 13 - pretty much the same as yesterday. I will be eating a lot healthier next week.
    Day 14 - done ✅
    Day 15 - done ✅
    Day 16 - done ✅
    Day 17 - I didn’t have time to do it today ! Kinda mad at myself :(( ❌
    Day 18 - done ✅

    Day 32 - done ✅ my waist still isn’t as slim as I’d like it, but my muscles look fairly toned.. I am aware that this isn’t for slimming necessarily ;)

    Day 36 - ❌ I had a busy weekend.. I’m annoyed that I wasn’t more organised !
    Day 37 - done ✅ back on track for a good week.

      uh hi it’s a faint vertical line at the moment, however their is also a bit of a horizontal line through the middle of my stomach, so more like a mini four pack 🤣👍🏼 hope this helps :))

    this really works guys! I've been doing this for a week now and I can see changes! I already had a flat stomach tho, but I didn't have the "11" line which I'm starting to see now. I really recommend this workout!!

    The ab workout is really good, the only thing I’m having trouble with is that my neck starts to hurt from how much I’m holding it up. By the end of the workout I can hardly lift my head up, anyone else??

      make sure to use your abs not your neck. it'll get easier as you practice, don't worry. If you are a beginner I reccomend Holly's 7 minute ab workouts, it's a little easier and great to help you get started on building ab muscles! It also tones your abs like crazy

      Midnight456 you’re welcome 😉 we’re in the same boat. It took me from this time last year until now to lose 30 pounds, and even gained back as much as 7. But, you have to keep going! I know you can, no matter how hard. 👍🏻

      try for a month to do abs exercises (like 5-6 workouts of 10 minutes/day) and eat healthy

    So I’m doing this twice a day - as a first thing in the morning and in the evening. This is my 4th day and for now I can say that I can feel my top belly muscles, but for now I don’t see much results. I’ll try to keep u updated guys. Hope to see those results soon!
    Day 5: So yesterday I did it only once ‘cause I didn’t have much energy and I was really tired :/ but today after morning workout I feel that I’m stronger, that those exercises are a bit easier for me. I think I lost some cm in my belly but I’m not really sure. I can still see my not flat stomach, and muscles are deep hidden under the fat 😅
    Day 7: I did that and Holly’s 1 week flat tummy workout and I could reaaaally feel those muscles. I’m really sorry but I won’t be doing any exercises in next three days, but I have lost about 1 cm in waist and about 2 cm around the under-belly area. It is so cool!

    Your workouts have really inspired me to improve my body and self image, I want to get back into shape before school starts and am currently trying to cut dairy and sugar out of my diet it hasn’t been easy and I keep giving up but doing your workouts make it fun to get into shape and I am more determined than every to try my best, so thank you!!😁😁👍🏼😊

    i’ve been doing this work out for a little under 5 days and the results are so good! just stick with it, even if you’re struggling to finish it in the first few goes, just keep trying every day until you finish it and you’ll see results i’m sure!!

      @@user-si4gq6vc8s No, to be honest my metabolism is naturally a bit higher, and I have been doing her workouts for awhile so my stomach was quite flat already but just didn’t have any definition until I started doing this workout, but it definitely helps! x

    Doing this workout for 2 weeks
    Day 1 : did it, my arms hurt on the mountain climbers near the end. Excited to see the results!
    Day 2: woke up and I am definitely starting to see results. Did the workout and was a bit sore but did it and felt really motivated so I did another round and an arm workout
    Day 3: I am starting to see some results! Still struggling at the mountain climbers!
    Day 4: I was busy all day so didn’t do it 😬
    Day 5: it’s getting easier and I am seeing results
    Day 6: I now know what’s coming next so I don’t waste time watching holly do the workout and then do it myself
    Day 7: nothing new to say, starting to see really good results
    Day 8: I am now seeing the 11 line abs, not as nice as Hollys but getting there
    Day 9: completed this and a lower ab workout. I went out for a family dinner and I have noticed that my bloating has been reduced so much!! I ate a 4 course meal and normally I would look massive and now it is so small!!
    Day 10: completed 3 rounds
    Day 11: completed 2 rounds and did other workouts
    Day 12: the results are so good
    Day 13: I didn’t do this workout as focused on hourglass
    Day 14: completed 3 rounds
    After I completed this two weeks to be honest I thought it wasn’t going to work however I was so wrong!
    I am going to be doing this for the whole of may!

    Day one: this wasn't too hard but I felt it in my lower stomach (COMPLETE)
    Day two: really liking this (COMPLETE)
    Day three: this feels like it's working, you know? (COMPLETE)
    Day four: kinda hard when you're really tired (COMPLETE)
    Day five: definitely woke me up after school (COMPLETE)
    Day six: (COMPLETE)
    Day seven: And done! I really recommend this workout because it made me have less fatigue and I felt so much better, which helped with what's going on in the world. This also toned my stomach--I lost one inch on both my hips and waist! Good luck (COMPLETE)

    One of my new favorite ab workouts !!! I LOVE back to back workouts like this with no resting. It really challenges me and makes my abs burn every time. I also LOVE the frog crunches !!! Please do another back to back workout like this !!! YOU’RE THE BEST !!

    *Day 1:*
    No immediate changes, but I definitely feel worked, will absolutely update tomorrow.
    *Day 2:* Feeling more slim than yesterday and I am as well doing a one week fast during this series of workouts to see effective changes.
    *Day 3:*
    (Rep 1) I haven’t ate in 3 days so I’ve decided to eat a few grapes to make sure I remain somewhat stable and still build insulin, I also made sure the calorie count by them wasn’t higher than 20 so I should be good but just incase, I’m going to rep this workout twice today.
    (Rep 2) I did this during the night so I was a bit tired but that didn’t stop me from doing the set twice fluently, surprised at how effective this is and I definitely recommend it.
    *Day 4:*

    ima gonna do this workout for 2 weeks!
    1. I am doing cardio 3-4 times a week
    2. I am in a calorie deficient and only eating when I'm hungry!
    3. I am sorta intermittent fasting
    Measurements:
    Height: 5’5.5 - 5’6
    Weight: 123 lbs
    Waist: 26in
    DAY 1: my abs felt the burnn. good workout:)
    DAY 2: my abs are so soree! i did an 1000 ab challenge before day 1 so that might be the reason why😭 my stomach looked toner than usual when i woke up!
    DAY 3: Taking a break! its good to have breaks for ur muscles otherwise its over working them:)
    DAY 4: im definitely noticing a difference when i wake up unbloated! i see 1 line down the middle and my waist use to be | ( and now its starting to become ) (
    DAY 5: my waist was only 24 inches!! WTF... but it might just be fluctuating. We'll see tmr. i am starting to notice my abs!
    DAY 6: i am noticing such a huge difference!! workouts r getting easier as well
    DAY 7: took a break, went on a 4 hr hike, ate junk food:(
    DAY 8: done!
    DAY 9: BREAK
    DAY 10: BREAK
    DAY 11: BREAK
    DAY 12: noticing huge difference and the 11 lins!
    DAY 13: my waist is soo small and I see the abs! lines r not extremely defined yet

      luna stefania i did it 30mins-1hr after breakfast! i wake up late lmaooo so i do it at 1-2pm😹 but morning workouts r always more effective since u burn calories throughout the day:))

    So i'm going to do this everyday for 2 weeks. I'm starting with a 43 inch waist. I'm going to start tomorrow since its afternoon for me tonight.
    Day 1: I was able to do it, I had to take a little break in-between one. For the one on all fours my legs started cramping a bit. Other than that it went pretty well.
    Day 2: It was for some reason harder, but that might be because i'm sore. It went pretty well overall. The leg cramping stopped.
    I didn't do the workout yesterday, I had a lot of homework. Forgive me pleaseeee
    Day 3: It was easier, i'm not as sore. I'm also seeing more definition on my upper abs
    I have to take a break from working out today, I hurt my knee in gym and now i'm having trouble moving my leg, thats fun
    forgive meeeeee, my knee gave out so I had trouble walking. I should now be able to workout again, without pain. I will update again tonight
    Day 4: It was easier, i'm just tired.
    Day 5: OHH my GOSHHH, I didn't realize how sore I was until I did this workout. Dramatic I knowwwww. i''m seeing a little difference in my lower abs. :)))
    Day 6: 2 things I had a really bust night tonight, so I only made it through half the workout. 2 my abs were soreee. Its only the sixth day somebody help. I'm noticing a small improvement with the sit ups. I can full on do them now :)

      No I finished the 14 days I couldn’t update tho. It didn’t get rid of my lower stomach completely but it got rid of most of it. I completely recommend this workout!

    I'm doing this for 2 weeks and I'll update you guys!
    Day 1: Did this with a friend and she wasn't really struggling, but I found it a little hard
    Day 2: It was much easier today! Didn't eat too well today but I'll try and do better tomorrow.
    Day 3: I only struggled on the frog one! (Holly’s favorite) but doing better :) I’m strarting to see more definition in my abs!

    hey :) im gonna be updating y'all on how this workout turns out . but a backstory of my quarantine workout is that i did the Chloe ting 2 week ab challenge and began the chloe ting 35 day 11 line challenge . although it didn't seem like that workout was for me so now im going to do this workout until i am fully confident with my body . but right now i do already have abs (not extremely defined) from the previous workouts . oh also im 14 so don't expect much from me, but i'll actually update yall to help you know how it worked for me .
    day 1: today wasn't too bad, compared to the other workouts this didn't make me as sweaty but like i could definitely feel my abs working harder than they have before . can't wait to see some progress :)
    day 2: my abs were lowkey sore from yesterday and when i was doing the "knees to elbows" exercise my hips were hurting cause i was doing it wrong but i figured it out lol . no progress yet though its only been 2 days .
    day 3: today was a good day, still no significant results but the workouts are slightly easier and i kept up w holly :)
    day 4: completed the workout, it was an easy day
    day 5: today was tougher than usual ? i think its bc i haven't been eating well and my stomach is slightly sore whenever I crunch
    day 6: done ! im starting to notice that the "middle line"? of my stomach is more defined and there's a little more ab definition in my stomach :)
    day 7: i realized i forgot water but it wasn't too bad
    day 8: slightest bit more definition and starting to see the "11" if that makes sense :)
    day 9: everyday i feel like my abs are getting more and more defined, especially in my upper abs- not so much in my lower abs
    day 10: im bloated from my period but there's still definition- you can tell i work out
    day 11: after doing this i decided to do holly's 7 minute small waist video... im going to be sore tomor
    day 12: still on my period and the definition is kinda faded but im still gonna keep this up 🥺
    day 13: ended my period so gonna try harder for the next few days to get my toned stomach back :)
    day 14: donee
    day 15: did the 9 minute toned abs by holly before doing this workout 😭 today was a struggle . my upper abs look a little more defined.. not really lower abs though
    day 16: donee
    day 17: i decided to play just dance and didn't do the workout, just a little cardio lol
    day 18: my abs look nice today :) hoping to have a similar stomach as holly within the next 2 weeks (mind you my diet isn't very good)
    day 19: done
    day 20: done :)
    day 21: done :) saw my cousins today and they noticed a change when i showed them my stomach
    day 22: today was mothers day so i didnt workout and spent time w family
    day 23: done, i really didn't want to workout today but hopefully I'll see final results soon and pushed my way to the end
    day 24: definitely have been seeing more definition in my stomach, finished the workout for today
    day 24: decided to do 3 other videos for targeting 11 abs, it went better than I expected
    day 25: i am sore today from doing more core workouts than usual, but yesterday one of the videos i did was a lily video for 11 abs in 11 day, and i decided to continue that workout for the remaining 9 days, but i might alternate between this video and the 11 day challenge videos

      @@sofiasofia9928 honestly they both have great results but this is just my second day of this workout so id say it just depends on which exercises you prefer bc this one has only 1 break (2 sets) . but they're both great :) just try both of them out to see which you prefer .

      it is day 30 but with the other challenge, when i finish i might stop this it just depends but it definitely was a great starting point to slightly more defined abs . i liked this video bc i really felt like my abs were being targeted, and i have an unhealthy diet so obviously i’ll have a little stomach fat covering the abs unless i change my eating habits... which i might slightly adjust but nothing major bc we’re quarantined and a lot of stuff is going on and food helps me not be sad and focus on just.. food . so yeah . but thanks to the few people who liked my comment and i hope this video works out for y’all :) xx taliyah

    Actually I did everyday but didn't update it definitely works and i can see my abs now

    I have done a few different holly’s ab workouts, but this workout omg this was amazing!!
    I have always noticed that they always work for my body. I became insecure due to people telling me about my weight. I decided that I was going to do change that and holly helped me through that.

    Been looking for a fitness trainor here in youtube that can satisfy me of what workout that suits me and I'm liking your workouts. I have now my upper abs slowly showing yeey and now I am doing this workout which I like because it challenges me more even if it hurts so much but when I used to it, it feels so easy and I can feel that my body is not heavy as before.

    -Day 1: Gosh, my body felt like heavy metal, but doesn't stop me! I didn't see much results, but I believe this works really well when you need it really quickly! (Girl! Your body is beautiful, you got this!)(Btw: I don't take rests or breaks or skipped any of the workouts, all the workouts and doing it for 11-12 minutes got me used to it. Maybe I'm just really challenging myself?)
    -Day 2: Not seeing much, but sweating as heck!! I am really determined!! So I will keep updating you guys everyday.. Today, my stomach was really soar and hurt a little.. but its doing the job I think!
    -Day 3: Just did some cardio to burn some fat, feel super confident and determined! I can't see much, maybe a faint line.. but thats all.

      The burnt calories will always vary from person to person. If someone carries more weight they will burn more calories then someone who carries less weight :)

    I’m going to do this for a week and see how this goes I’m chubby right now
    Day 1: it was hard struggled on some parts no difference of course but after I finished I felt nice 👍🏼
    Day 2: I missed out because my period started and my cramps felt like hell
    Day 3:I’ve just finished it was easier than the 1st day my waist looks a bit smaller and my stomach is starting to go in I’m gonna do it again later on to make up for yesterday
    Day 4:just completed it was a lot easier this time only had to stop like 3 times my stomach has gone in even more still a little slow but that’s only cause I had some junk food I can feel my stomach getting a little tighter but my abs aren’t showing just yet
    Day 5: idk why I found it a little difficult but I did it might just be because before I did the workout I was dancing but anyway my stomach has gone in more but because like I said at the start of this I’m chubby this will help to flatten down my stomach and once that has happened only then my abs will start to show but yeah
    Day 6: I feel good wasn’t that hard this time my stomach was burning throughout stomach has gone down a little bit I feel good I have noticed it does take a while to lose stomach fat though but you have to work for what you want in the end
    Day 7:my stomach has definitely gone in a lot my stomach is tightened up I’m gonna continue to do this

    I did this & I seen some definition the next day. I do Chloe ting & Pamela reifs. I never got that much definition but their workouts definitely helped with stomach fat & an hourglass look !

    day1: i struggled, i did this around december 29-31 and was perfectly fine and now i cant make it past the second round of situps, i used to be able to do 80 in a row for my school test and now i cant do 1. it breaks my heart, but this will hopefully improve.. im happy to be sore because it shows i at least tried. if your considering doing this DO it, itll be worth it if you keep it up!

    So I want to try this bcs I have just finished the 7 day ab workout and I need something different, bcs I got used to that.
    Day 1 it was challenging, but I have some kind of strength now in the stomach area so I didn't find it hard, but I am definitely sweating
    Day 2 I found it kind of hard, I don't know why, couldn't finished bcs I started feeling ill
    Day 3 rest day bcs I wasn't home all day
