Smoke is super sick in Preston Garvey cuz he can untap your other creatures if theyre enchanted
It's nice that you mentioned Ashaya. I'm thinking of throwing some Land Awakening theme for Preston Garvey. The best ones are Planar Outburst, Awakening of Vitu-Ghazi + Inkmoth Nexus, Terra Eternal, Sylvan Awakening, Rude Awakening, and Awaken the Woods.
The creature that makes tokens tap for green mana would be good as well for Ramp.

Built Preston pretty much as soon as I saw him lol. I was hoping there would be a Minutemen deck and this is the perfect flavor!
Another combo you could include is Siona, Captain of the Pyleas + Shielded by Faith. Both work great in the deck but when you have both of them on the field together you make infinite tokens. Not always my style but definitely a great finisher.
I was thinking of a janky deck with him at the helm that takes advantage of him making auras that untap your lands to try and win via Helix Pinnacle lol. You’d be able to pump mana into it every turn because of the untapping. Totally JANK and totally trying it lol.
Extra combats will be your best friend!

Alright, but I would go with Magus of the Moon and Blood Moon to roll your opponents meanwhile you have perfect mana.
Speaking of potential Fallout cedh commanders you should consider a Red Death, Shipwrecker video: seems like an exceedingly silly way to mill oponents very early so it seems like a very fun combo potential.

NGL Everytime when I see Preston's card he's like gonna say "I've got a word of a settlement that needs your help I'll mark it on your map!" LMAO! Anyways what a nice card and build tho...
the lands don't untap for more than one mana nor does the aura that come into play count as "cast" for certain enchantress abilities. Your intro can be misleading and might be frustrating for those that think the commander works this way
I specified some are on cast and some are on etb. There’s 5 different lands in the deck that can tap for additional mana. It’s important to note in the intro I was talking about the enchantments we run in the 99 not the enchantments Preston makes. I hope this helps clear up any confusion 😁
