- You've been asking, and I finally delivered! Here is a tour of our full-time home, Little Bear. This is not your standard factory tour, but rather a "practical" tour of how we live in our T@B 400. After you watch the video, check out the blog post for interior pics and links to some of my favorite products!

I love Mandy's presetation: very detailed, based of experience, includes something from her personal life, and always so easy to follow. Many thanks indeed.
Thank you Mandy Lea for your inspiration. I have finally made my decision to buy a Tab 400 like yours. Keep up the great work. 😊
Yay!!! I heard and sent you a message - message me anytime at all with questions!
Great tour video of “Little Bear” and thanks for your pro-tip on the Viva Signature cloth paper towels! We love 💕 them.
They are my favorite!
It's well organized. It's very important for mental health on the road to keep your relaxing space uncluttered.
Exactly! And small spaces can get messy so quick and easy, it's important to clean all the time.
Viva needs to have you as a sponsor girl! I've been watching your videos so much during the pandemic and now I use them!
LOL! Just what I always wanted... a paper towel sponsor! :)
Great set up. Love to see how others are managing. Thanks for sharing.
This looks a little more spacious in comparison to the other tabs. I love they way they set this one up with the kitchen across from the bathroom. And I like the bedroom setup. Tour videos always feel a little weird because it’s just people simply talking and pointing lol but that’s what we all want! :)) you guys seem kind and humble which is another reason people connect with this video. I also thought your curtain idea was neat. We have a collection of magnets we hang up, but when you don’t have much metal, a curtain and pins is another neat idea!
I've decided in the last few months that I want/need a teardrop. After doing LOTS of research and many hrs. of watching CZcams videos, have pretty much decided a Tab 400 is perfect. Just have to start saving money now! 😉 Loved seeing how you utilize your space and the little things you've added...very clever and useful! Thanks and happy travels to you both.
Thanks Carol! You won't regret the choice, I'm excited for you to get yours!!!
Agreed. I’ve been doing my research also and it’s more practical if you’re solo/full time.
Love your new little bear.
Awesome set up, it looks like a home!! Love ❤️ the touches in it!
Love it. You two look like you are having so much fun
Yes!! This is so awesome! I love the tour of the T@B 400. It was really cool to see how you both live in it. Hopefully there will be more videos about teardrop living.
Thanks! And yes, always more vids about camping :)
I love to decorate so my favorite videos from you are the mods and seeing your decorations. I just got the 320 S boondock and so I don’t have as much storage space and places to decorate, but I have lots of ideas to make it a little home. Adding that I love your dish towel hanging solution, and I bought your book at PC, it now lives in Jupiter (T@Bs name)
Thanks for the tour! 😃
Love it, love it! I’m going to Walmart tomorrow and will be getting some items. Great ideas. Thank you 👍
I hate walmart... but I love walmart... LOL. Have fun!
I love that brake controller! Nice tour, amazing space use. You two consistently inspire me.
Thank you Monica! We've enjoyed it!
That awning is perfectly matched to the contour of the roof, and with side extensions would be even better for winter.
It's wonderful to see the beautiful locations you find to boondock and explore and work in.
You perfectly represent the great boondocking capabilities of 'Little Bear' and how with good management you are able to stay out for weeks at a time.
Your boondocking travel cabin (land yacht) looks very well set up for a liveaboard couple and were I to decide to live this way I too would choose the high quality, well designed, spec'd and built Tab Boondock model.
Your videos of off road travelling with your 320 really impressed upon me just how capable, reliable and well constructed these Outback/Boondock models really are.
It's so refreshing to see these excellent little travel cabins being used in their natural habitat by people whom really understand the lure of living with nature and work very hard in order to do so.
Thank you for your beautiful videography and stunning photography, you're both really quite inspirational.
Thank you so much Felix Cat! This was a wonderful compliment and very well said. It is so wonderful to know that what we do is noted and appreciated by people like you!
We love our CS S 2019 thank you for our new freedom.
Love using the curtain for your pins! Can easily see them but neat and organized. 😊❤️
Yes! I wanted them visible. I hate collecting things that just sit in a drawer.
Yay!!!👏👏👏loved the tour. I look forward to your videos and adventures
Thanks! Can't wait to share more!
Love it all.
Thanks for that Peek into your home! Looks very comfortable and lived in.
It is :) Thanks!
Great video! As always.
Enjoyed watching you two! Some great storage ideas in Little Bear and Blanca! Happy camping!
Thanks! Glad you got a few tips!
Great ideas! Thank you for sharing!
Great video Mandy and Kendrick. Lot of food improvements to make it y'all's own. Love you storage in the truck bed. Have a great day 😊
The truck storage has been amazing! Thanks for watching!
Love it!
Excellent video. Thanks! Wow. This is my dream camper!!!!!
We have two rules we live by in my house: 1. Once a rifle, ALWAYS a rifle. 2. Once a gas can, ALWAYS a gas can... or a used oil can... or used antifreeze drain can... etc. Well, you get the idea. Dudette!!!, you make some of the best (especially the most useful) RV videos on CZcams. You make everybody's RV experience better. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for sharing your setup of Little Bear & Blanca! Very nice!
You're welcome!
Sooo cool..like yalls set up. U look very happy....stay safe stay blessed and mostly stay loved
Beautiful home that you both have! Thanks for sharing.😃
Thanks for watching!
Great details, thanks!
Loved the tour guys!!! Great little setup!!!
Thank you! We're loving it so far.
Thanks for your work putting this together. I hope you are still having safe and happy travels.
We are!! Thank you Kevin!
Great combo! Great tour. Thanks!
Not really Fred
Awesoem RV!!!! Thanks for the tour!
Thanks for checking it out!
A very informative and well-produced video. Thanks.
Thanks Patty!
Thanks for this video!
Published on my bday, how fun. What’s cool about being minimalist but living in a small space, is that it still feels cozy. To make a larger home feel cozy and decorated similarly you need sooo much unnecessary crapola. Well done, glad to see you out there enjoying life. Pass the Pappy 20yr ;-)
Thank you so much! We are loving our little tiny home! Cheers!
Awesome video! Thank you!
Nicely done toughly enjoyed your video looking forward to your adventures full-timing Stay safe, Be careful and Keep on rolling .
Thanks for joining us!
Great setup!
I love the ACU RITE! Actually, the whole trailer and all the things you have done to it are amazing
It's our favorite gadget too!
Top notch rig" move forward my friends.
You got it goin on !
Thanks for checking it out!
Very clean on the inside.
Nice tour of your trailer and truck, you guys are very organized! :-)
We try! I obviously cleaned up for the video ;)
Good stuff! Thanks!
Nice to see that you are doing well and good equipment upgrades.
very impresive safe travels
Most people who post about their campers do not go into detail about what goes where. I often wondered where one would store their clothes, food and kitchen wares. Everyone talks about how much storage their camper has. But for me, watching a video, I just didn’t see it and had my doubts. This video really helped, thank you.
Thanks Brad! We try really hard to give helpful videos. One can look up all the details and specs about a camper online, but not how someone actually uses it! Hope you enjoy future videos!
Great idea to use drawer pulls like that for the towels 👍
Hello. I just stumbled across your videos, and I love them. I will never be one to do what you are doing, but I certainly admire your lifestyle. Thank you for sharing your home in this public way.
So glad you love it!! Glad you found me!
Hi, Love the TAB and Toyota what a great combination with all the details like wifi brake controller (did not know of that:) , remember the places you visit are nice but the most IMPORTANT thing is the BOTH of you as a TEAM!
Thanks Michael! So happy we can share it here...
Lot’s of information. Probably one of the best “tips and tricks” vid I’ve seen. Thanks for sharing!
Aw thanks :) We think it's kind of boring, LOL. But I guess that makes sense.
@@MandyLea I get it...it's not magnificent mountains or glorious sunsets. But your everyday life is not so everyday compared to the rest of us. Living on the road has a visceral appeal to it. Even if it's just Kendrick showing us where he keeps his dirty laundry. lol. Can't wait to see more of the 14'ers adventures.
Y'all have a nice setup! Thank you for sharing!
Thanks Paul!
If Kendrick won’t deal with the black tank, get a composting toilet, or a laveo. As a fellow fulltimer, I don’t know if I would ever go without my own bathroom again. Great tour!
Yes our plan is to get a composting toilet :)
Awesome setup! When I grow up, I wanna be just like you guys! 😉
Awesome overview of your home. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for joining us!
I love camping and one day, I hope I will have such a nice little camper like yours. Thanks for sharing
You will love it!
Great Tour!
I enjoyed your tour. Thank you, and have fun out there.😊
Thank you! Will do!
Great video we love it. Fabian didn’t understand Blanca 😂🤣 and he’s Spanish, but now he gets it. And go for the composting toilet.
LOL, that is too funny!
Nicely done you guys I really enjoyed that!!
Thanks for checking it out!
Wow..Thank you both for sharing..
And thank you for watching!
Enjoy the World! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for watching!
You guys are so awesome.
Thanks Cynthia! So are you ;)
New trailer new truck that’s they way to travel! Love the TP above the exit door 🤔 got to go, got to go🤣.
LOL... It's more convenient than you could know!
The camper of my dreams, nice video
Thanks! Hope you get one soon :)
You two are great. Love your tAB 400. I will getting on soon.
That is awesome! I have no doubt that you will love it! Let us know if you have any questions!
This is a very interesting video...merci...loved the use of the shower/toilette as extra storage :)
Awesome video 👍
Mandy you always have the best organizational tips for teardrop! Kendrick thanks for the tips for the Takoma. I'm so jealous I can hardly stand it!! Y'all have an extra good time for me! Thanks & Blessings ~Sidney
Thanks Sidney!!!
Great tour and love the new Tacoma. Enjoy!
Thanks!
Very informative and entertaining video ... thanks and continued "happy camping".
Glad you enjoyed it!
This is awesome. We are "weekend warriors," but I think if we upgrade a bit, we could do some serious traveling. Thank you!
Of course! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for sharing about your internet!
My pleasure!
Hi guys. Great set up. Best wishes on your travels.
Thanks Steven!
Great trailer. Great tow vehicle. Great combo. Great couple. Fantastic video!!! ;)
Thank you thank you thank you!
Not really. Truck is over max payload capacity (1,175lbs.) when hitched with all that weight in the bed.May be over without the trailer hitched also. Tongue weight with all that stuff on the front of the trailer (Bikes, propane, water) is over 500lb. This exceeds the weight carrying rating of the receiver hitch on the truck. www.toyota.com/tacoma/features/weights_capacities/7594/7544/7582

I'm researching small trailers. Both your channel here as well as your website have been most helpful. Keep up the good work!
Awesome, thank you! I hope you find the perfect fit!
really nicely done guys. gave some great ideas.
Thanks Greg!
Awesome ideas 💡
Glad you like them!
Love your home. Blanca and Little Bear seem very homey and comfy. Best Wishes
Thanks Linda!
Great video! Love your setup.
Thank you! We love it too!
Nice job! Love you two!
Love you too!
Thanks for always being there!
I've watched your video 3 times + I've read all the replies + I left a couple of comments to several of the replies, all B4 the following:
1. I especially enjoyed seeing Kendrick getting equal time in front of the camera.
2. Correct me if I'm wrong. I believe your awning warranty is VOID if the awning is damaged by WIND.
3. I liked seeing the Boondock tongue modifications which include 2 propane tanks & the swaybar. I agree airbags for the rear axle of the Tacoma will be a huge improvement in dealing with crosswind handling & weight distribution.
4. I've never seen or heard of the AcuRite thermometer you have which is so functional it's a shame it isn't a standard piece of equipment in every nüCamp product.
5. I liked the 3 towel racks that don't stick out.
6. I've seen numerous complaints about the Tacoma seat being uncomfortable, seen numerous fixes, watched numerous youtube videos showing how others have modified Tacoma seats to make them "comfortable". Will you be modifying the seats in your Tacoma?
7. Congratulation on modifying the bathroom space for storage. Bathrooms in most RV's are used for storing "stuff" instead of being "used".
8. Your Yamaha 2000 generator runs 40% longer on a gallon of gas than any other generator in its class. Congrats on picking/using the most economical generator in terms of gas usage.
9. You said absolutely NOTHING about your solar panel & whether you like it or even if it's putting out the voltage to keep your batteries topped off.
Now, I'm stepping down off my soapbox.
Hahaha... Thank you so much for a very well thought out and through response! I appreciate it very much :)
1. He's getting better and better about it... especially when I make him!
2. I actually know nothing about this particular manufacturer warranty. But, I can say that this awning holds up VERY well to the wind. We had it up all week in high winds with just normal stakes (no tie lines) and it didn't budge.
3. Yes... hopefully airbags/springs this coming week....
4. I love it! Did you see the link in the blog write up? It works great.
5. Me too :) A happy Walmart find.
6. We actually think the Tacoma seats are much more comfortable than the Jeep we had before, so I don't think any mod will be necessary.
7. I agree. We might still pursue a compost toilet, but for now we can store A LOT in there!
8. Thanks! We are very impressed with it. We don't have to use it too often but when we do it seems to last a long time.
9. OMG! I'm so sorry.... It was 90 degrees when we did the tour and I knew I forgot to talk about something!!! But, we LOVE our solar. It keep our laptops and all our camera batteries charged all day as well as watching netflix :) It pretty much runs everything but our A/C which we don't use that often anyway. It even has a nice app to monitor charging and voltage.
Thanks again AZ!
@@MandyLea Mandy, we have the 2019 and would love to monitor our solar charge capacity. What app are you using? So, I'm curious. Which plugs are you using in your 400 that are powered from the solar/battery? Does your camper have a DC power port next to the sink? Ours does and we haven't figured out why.
@@MandyLea I have no refrigerator. However, I do have an Engel 1.3 cu ft FREEZER. B4 a trip I prepare a lot of meals like Beef Stroganoff, Stews, Scrambled Eggs, etc. I put the large fixings in my home frig for them to cool. I then put the food into ziplok baggies in 8 oz portions then put them in my home freezer. B4 embarking on a trip I take the portions of frozen meals out of my home Freezer & put them into my Engel 12V Freezer that resides in my van. This way I have delicious home-cooked meals that aren't loaded with salt, trans fats & or sugar. During my travels, when I'm hungry, I'll take a meal out of my Engel FREEZER, put in a pot of water & bring everything to a boil until the meal is HOT & no longer cold/frozen. I'll be interested to know if this is an idea you like or not & whether it's something you're going to adopt.
@@azclaimjumper i went to Hawaii and froze a bunch of meals keep them in hotel room fridge. Actually ate the last of my food on plane ride home! Didnt eat out once! It was awesome!
@@kaywaddell9892 And I'm sure your home-cooked vittles were tastier, more nourishing & easier on the pocketbook than anything you could have bought in any restaurant.
Love the awning
Us too! It's worked out pretty great!
Great video guys!
Many thanks!
I love your videos! I’m about to pick up my T@B from Round Rock TX!!! First-time RVer!
Yay!!! Princess Craft? They're the best!
"Mimosa Cups." Love it.
Everybody needs them!
I really like your setup with the camper and truck!
Thanks Bruno! We love it too :)
GREAT JOB
Thank you!
Very cool!
Great tour
Thank you very much!
You are so right about needing Netflix to “escape” togetherness every so often. A year living in a 25 foot Ranger Tug boat taught us that!
Hahaha, it takes one to know one! I'm glad you understand...
Hey Mandy, if you get a Roku Express+ from walmart you can use the RGB connector from that, which lets you use HDMI arc thus allowing your camper speakers to be used instead
yes! That is on our list to buy :) The TV speakers have been ok so far but it would be nice to use both.
Very clever storage ideas!!
Thank you! 😊
Nice tour of your set up
beauty!
Cool little camper! Like that thermometer gadget going to have to look into that. Just came across your channel in the recommends and subbed because I checked out your chan and am excited to watch your Alaska to Mexico vids.
Awesome! I'm so glad you found us and I hope you enjoy the AK to MX series. It was a lot of fun to make. There is a link to the thermometer in the blog in the description ;)
