I'm a new learner... For me, roti making is the hardest work. My first three attempts were complete failure. As I started to add water little by little, it all got sticky and mushy like "bharta" or "chokka" 😭😭😭😭 and when I tried kneading, flour was still sticking to my hand..😢😢😢 Any tips?

I think you added more water, try to add water little and mix it properly then add little water and repeat, but keep it up you have to practice more and it will make you perfect ❤

I think it is because the dough isnt Evenly rolled. Try not to out pressure on the dough anywhere. Let the rolling pin do its work
