Finals week is good because no class, no comittments, nothing other than finals which are not bad at all.

If you don't get a job because your GPA is low because you were busy "prioritizing your mental health instead of completing assignments" then your mental health will suffer.
Been in corporate world 12 years in senior positions never been asked about GPA.
