thanks for makeing this video me and my mom were trying everything and nothing was working and then i found this video u made i took yr advice and plugged my headset into the bk of my ps5 and it connected to my ps5 and i can hear any game tho my headset on ps5 thack u so much keep up the good work u just got a new sub

Literally bought ps5, some new games aswell and I had everything set up ready to play, but the headphones just wouldnt work lol.
Thanks i just ordered these for my oled tv my other headphones that i use turn game mode off at least with these they wont plus i can't wait to use the 3d audio have you tried them on movies like 4k movies and if u did how do they sound for watching movies.
If anyone needs help with sound not working- go to sound, audio output. Output to headphones(chat audio) then change to all audio! This will allow the 3D audio to show up

Dude you have no idea how much you helped me. I had been trying everything possible to fix the audio on this headset and it was that stupid option, it turns out they were working fine, just for voice chat. Thank you

Bro...what problem are you fixing or helping fix? Your kinda just saying how the headphones work...I am having static issues and wanna know if you have a way to fix it ...headphones aren't damaged or anything

Also it has to because the air in the back gets to the usb and brakes it sometimes it even brakes the audio
I don’t see my usb in ther , I have a tp-link 4.0 Bluetooth and supposed to be compatible for ps4. Is this not compatible with ps5?
do you need a bt adapter to connect to hearing aids/headsets?
if the adapter is bt 5.2 will it automatically connect to headset when turned on?

Any bluetooth headphones if you're having no volume, make sure you pair both, then walk up to ps5 dongle in front and just pull out dongle problem solved you have volume....
What is dongle
My usb thing was in the washer for about 15 minutes 😬

@@hexrtxgrxm yes I had plugged it on the back of the PS5 but since then I got new headphones,the hyper x cloud 2 ,only 60 bucks and the build quality is way better on them
I have major issue with my 3D pulse headset it keeps cutting out

@@RoRo-um1sx Hi! My pulse headset won't charge at all! It's quite new too. It won't charge from either the PS5 or a cable connected to the mains. You're saying yours started charging when you plugged it into a computer? Thanks

Turns out the ps5 is just a buggy mess. When i came back from work and turned it all on it was all good again 🤷🏽♂️

My mic has randomly stopped working, everything else functions fine yet I can’t speak to anyone. Only recently it’s done this which is weird

Mine won't either, I can't seem to find a fix at all, so it is now smashed up in my recycling bin.
It doesnt matter where you connect it. Ive had my turtlebeachs plugged into the front for a year with no issues. Suddenly my ps5 is not giving me an option to switch to headphones from hdmi device. This next gen console is a pile of shit. Get a computer guys
