My headset won’t even turn on either. And when I plug into my laptop on the turtle beach hub it senses that the headset is plugged in but says an additional component must be plugged. It’s saying that I need to plug in the transmitter. And there is no light coming on at all.

I pre ordered this headset right before it came out last year, Worked about a month and then bricked just like yours, Got ahold of Turtle Beach and they sent me a new one really quickly, Worked about a month and the same damn thing happened lol. I'm using it with the PS5 so maybe it has some kind of software issue with the newer consoles or something I don't know but I just finally got ahold of Turtle Beach again and they sent me the recovery tool as well. Just ran it and it seems to have fixed it. Just a heads up to everyone out there that has this headset in case you didn't know, There is a new firmware update for it from Turtle Beach so you might want to go update yours if you haven't recently. Hopefully anyone having problems gets it sorted out. Thanks for the video!
Damm i bought the same model you have from amazon since i had prime and the same shit happen to me and i cant ask for a refund since i don't think thats how amazon works and i don't think turtle beach will send me one new like you since i didn't buy it off there website so tough shit for me
@@alexfrancisco9368 Have you tried to use the tool that this video is about yet? I don't think I really needed to even have my first one replaced it's just at the time they hadn't released this recovery tool back then. Also even after using this tool to fix my headset it did the same thing again and wouldn't turn on or charge but I just used the same tool again and it fixed it again. Not sure what the issue is but at least this tool seems to fix it lol. So make sure you try it out if you haven't already.

Hold Bluetooth and mode buttons for 20 seconds it’ll force a reset. My headset was not responding and the red light was continuously showing but that fixed me right up.

that happens to me when my turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2 for series X doesnt work so i had to use my PC to download called turtle beach 700 recovery tool on the google link but had to click that says here click orange words

i had already done it before about 5 months ago and it worked perfectly but now when I run the new recovery tool it will run for about a minute and then say its done and my headset should work now but my headset still wont do anything i am using a different cord than the one that came with the headphones as i lost it. what should i do to fix it? please help as the homies want to play soon

is there a reason where my headset stealth 600 dies? i had it on max green and its turned to "your wireless headset batteries are low" 5 mins after i took it off the charger
My headset is tuck at where it turns on and then immediately turns off. The red light says it charging even though it doesn’t seem to be. Would running this software possibly fix it?

Sadly this didn't fix it for me . Mine must be literally dead.
My issue is very uncommon and has happened to me with 3 different pairs of this headset i can find a single video on this but i can hear my game and my xbox but i cant hear nor party chat audio or game chat which makes no sense cause if i couldnt hear that i should hear the game either not just that how did it happen to 3 pairs of headsets ive not even touched a single setting ive dont everything from turning them off and on and hard reseting them nothing works and ive done it on all 3 headsets
