- How To Hu:
1 - Sit comfortably. Close your Eyes. Look at the blank screen like in the 3rd row of a movie theatre.
2 - Sing HU externally, or internally. Observe thoughts but don't entertain them.
3 - After 20 minutes are up, take some time to open your eyes and to get up like you would after sleeping.

HU has been well with me over good 30 yrs now. HU forever!
HU is the most powerful meditation Dhikr for Allah and has been used since the beginning at the very root of the Aidarousi Silsila, direct lineage of the Prophet SAW, the Syed's in Yemen.. The root of sufism. Hu is derived from AllaHU. very powerful meditation indeed. From the Aidarousi family has been derived around 11 silsila. HU has remained the preferred Dhikr for the Aidarousi along with Ya Latiff, another powerful attribute of Almighty Allah.

Hu is powerful songs of god believe it and singing the huuuuuuuuuuuu god will answer you all the time.
HU is known as an ancient Kemitian/Egyptian god of manifestation. It is also, when chanted, a love song to God. There are many dimensions to HU. Its best to chant it regularly and see what happens for you. This will at least give you a better comprehension of the mantra. All mantras align the sounds/vibrations within your body and mind to that of the cosmos. It's used for health, protection, but most of all for spiritual development. I've chanted HU daily for over 15 yrs. It works and brings no harm.

first time I found out about HU was in a room of spiritualists. they were chanting it and I meditated. I went into trance. i heard birds chirping, ocean waves and felt the sunlight on my face. awesome stuff!

This vibration helps so many types of beings in life it's crazy. I was told the mantra "Hu" goes back many dimensions ago. Beyond time and space as it is a cosmic god source of energy. I think even way before HUmans. I as well remember many memories of my own having the hu in my lifes. Let's just call it extremely vast and ancient ancient ancient.

Mantras arevery intriguing tools.
Mantra of course creats...new vibration in you.
But...maybe ....just invoices in you...forgotten blue prints or , , maybe, one blue print...the original ...perfect memory

When I started to chant...I emedietly startad to get the explanations
And ...real ...profound awarness of real giver, real real not selfmade creator.

I listened to this for the first time and I had an out of body experience, I also had one randomly when I was a teenager and that was more vivid, I could see in the dark as I had a glow around me and my dogs could see me and followed me around, I was also sinking into and hovering above the ground.. I suddenly woke up not knowing what was going on. Then I found a book and it described my experience exactly.
But last night was different, it wasn't as bright and I don't think I left my apartment, I was aware that I was out of my body but I couldn't control it too well and the whole ordeal wasn't as clear when I woke up. But when I did come back to my body I was breathing heavily as if to try and catch my breath. I really don't know what happened last night, but I'm gonna try it again.
Ninja cat. Make sure when you are doing it nobody touches your body. And when you are coming back to your body enter from area right under your stomach. If you see anybody coming close to ur body while your out make sure you quickly pass trough your own body and their body.

Through the sacred sound of HU, the spiritual journey can begin. The HU Chant is ethereal and beyond this world. As was said the HU sound emanates from the Anami Lok the 10th plane or heaven. Your recording here is very beautiful. One of The few times I first started listening to this video, I was taking a nap but was half awake half asleep and started to feel that smooth movement as when you're in a boat on water, and listened HUU... it didnt last long but was so peaceful!

So, no it wouldn't be Satan, aka Lucifer, the enlightened one, whose God given job is to keep souls trapped here. Jesus's name was actually Joshua pronounced HU-Shua meaning God Is Salvation. If you want meditate with that.

In Italian composer Ennio Morricone's dedicated piece, the theme melody 'Once Upon a Time in America', the string instruments commence with a solid drone likened to a single voice, holding for the moment via the dominant chord. One cannot infer that Morricone knew or intended at first that his piece should resonate in this way. Only that it approximates the rolling Hu. But no matter -- HU exists, and proves endemic to all forms and expressions of life, animate or not, consciously or not; best demonstrated by the sound generated by the human vocal cord's undulation thus the voice itself.
