It’s getting amazinger and amaziner! No words to describe so I made one up. When you describe your ideas for fabrication I know exactly what you mean before you do it, so that is working perfectly. Especially evident when you explained the complexity of the cuts to keep the square stock square around the bends. Great big “AHA” moment for me (and I’m 78 and have seen a few things). Your solving of fabrication challenges by using the tools and materials at hand is a talent that I remember from my Grandparents. They were farmers in the ancient times of hammer and tongs, ingenuity and sweat. When you say you’re happy with an accomplishment I actually know how you feel. I feel the same way for a little while. Thanks for that!

Not sure if you're bolting the body directly to the frame, but have you considered a strip of rubber or leather along the rails to isolate the body to the frame and additionally create inboard body to frame mounts to minimize any chassis flex to the body. Great project and enjoying all the creative work.
