Bachelors & widowed men’s groups in Haryana have threatened to boycott the Lok Sabha polls this year, unless the promised pension scheme is properly implemented and their demand for bachelors’ census is met. Haryana votes on 25 May.

There are many unmarried women too in heavily populated UP/Bihar. They should seek out brides there. Personality development classes need to be given.
And implement the farm laws to create supply-chain jobs. So much, waste happens in agriculture, that can be fixed through supply-chain improvements.

BTW, if 12th pass Bihari construction workers can get rishta working in TN or GJ, then it shouldn't be that hard for Haryanvi. Also natural sex ratio is 955 i.e for every 100 females 105 males are born naturally ( without any sex determination shit).
So nature itself creates more males.

Also a big reasoon for unemployment is lack of motivation.
Woman is big motivation for men. Once theh turn 40 without women interaction there is no hope. They will not work.
That's why haryana is top in unemployment despite being one of richest state in country.
