If we directly dip coat the glass slide into nanoparticle solution after silanization will there be a proper film on glass slide?

Hi Shivi, dip coating can be used to deposit nanoparticles. However, you will most likely end up with multilayered structures rather than monolayer. Also, it is likely that there are some empty patches on the surface. Langmuir-Blodgett is more suitable for monolayer deposition of nanoparticle. Thank you for the suggestion...I also wanted to know if take say 2ml solution of the formed nanoparticles and dilute it with DI water to approx to make final volume 5ml then will the properties of the nanoparticles will be changed or not??dilution will effect their particle size or not?
