Hi I suffer from stress and have a lot of responsibilities in my life.
I find it so hard to relax, today I watched this and I felt my stress melt away, tingles were very high in my head, neck and shoulders and for once my arms felt relaxed not tense.
You are so so good at this, one of the best🙂.
ASMR artists like yourself help people like me in so many ways in not only relaxing by health as well I feel.
This form of ASMR should be recommended to people just as much as Yoga or any other natural therapy out there for long term good health.

I used to think that you had to have a Swedish or deep tissue massage to get any benefits like really working the muscles but light touch massage benefits the body too and is very relaxing and good for people who have pain and would rather a gentle touch..

I personally love scalp check videos, so I'd enjoy seeing a real person one sometime (although your mannequin videos are the absolute best!). I'm not a huge fan of front facing videos, but this one was very relaxing!❤❤
