Check out this band SpiritBox. we did and where/are completely floored as you saw and now we have a brand new exciting favorite band and can’t wait to hear more from them. This was the 3rd track we’ve checked out and it just keeps getting better and better. I'd really love to see you two tackle "The Mara Effect (Live at Silverside Sound)" It's 16 minutes long and will completely SUCK YOU IN. It's a 3-part song, with most people agreeing that part 3 is the best. The parts are separated by a bit of white noise, so you'll easily tell which is which. Another phenomenal reaction, thanks!

I was raised off the old school rock and metal that did last almost 15 minutes / 10 minutes max, so when you're like god I wish it was longer I totally feel that. Led, Metallica, etc. so many old school tracks that just took you on a ride or dream like escape or just a great track that hit close to home that we can relate with, miss that feel. I'm just glad though we still have passionate creators in rock/metal/punk.

I am seriously so excited for you two to react to Belcarra! I've been listening to Spiritbox nonstop after first hearing this band about a week ago. That guitar during the chorus was insane! The bass too.
Found these guys after finally discovering Jinjer a few weeks ago, and both are my favorite bands right now! I've haven't listened to majority metal music in years, but these two bands have brought that noise! I'm down the rabbit hole haha.

After these songs you heard already, it is not important anymore, *which* song is next. I am pretty sure, you will listen to all of them anyway in the end.
I think you got the point now, that one clever thing, that they do, is beeing surprising in song structure still, even if you know some songs. Sometimes it begins soft, then growl, then soft, sometimes they start hard and get soft, you can never predict exactly when the real climax comes. Structures change from song to song, so that it makes the most sense in the individual context of the actual song itself.
Therefore it is so much fun listening to all of them. Each one has an aestethic concept on it's own. And yeah - the videos are very artistic as well and always are worth watching along. Even the studio live performance videos create their own athmosphere.
I am very curious which one you react to next. No matter which one it is, I am pretty sure, you will feel the awesomeness in all of them ...

You should definitely listen to Heart Of a Coward and Monuments, I saw them live in France and these Brits are ridiculously good.
Also Sylosis, because the singer of Heart of A Coward was the vocalist for Sylosi's first 2 ep's and first LP
The mara effect part 1 has some nice deftones vibes to me anyway..definitely a must for this band

"Aphids" is the heaviest, it has no clean vocals at all. Also "Bleach Bath" and "Electric Cross" are nearly as heavy as "Belcarra". But they are all worth it; I love "Belcarra" and its video.

Check out some iwrestledabearonce; she was in the band after replacing the initial singer due to family. Gift of Death has Spiritbox's singer, but I think most of the videos are with the original. Quite different, but might be into'em.

You also need to check out infected Rain Orphan soul or Freaky carnival. If you have not heard Angela Gassow ( Arch Enemy) you are missing out I would recommend Savage Messiah or leader of the rats. Nothing like powerful female vocals with heavy metal
Dylan's face at the beginning is priceless! Spiritbox has really grown on me. I still have to be in the mood for their style more than some other bands, but their talent is undeniable.
