Hand Cleaning A $3,300 Celine Varsity Jacket

- This is how a dry cleaner hand cleans an expensive Celine variety jacket.
The main issue here is that there was some type of black grease stain on the leather arm; to remove that I used a decently strong dry side solvent.
However this solvent pulled some of that beautiful tan paint so I had to add the color back.
To do this I mixed up some paint to match the color and then applied it with a painting sponge. Usually I do this with an air brush however mine was acting up :(
Then I actually got into cleaning the entire garment. This was comprised of lint brushing, lint rolling, hand application of dry cleaning solvent, depilling, leather cleaning and condition, and more lint brushing.
All in all the client was quite happy with the results. Hopefully you enjoyed this cleaning experience!

I am just so impressed with your work and dedication. I stopped buying dry clean only clothes because every trip to the dry cleaner would result in ruined garments. If I lived near you I would completely trust your work!

I got one of those depiller things. I....tore up all my stuff with it...😅 and almost no pill was cleared.
I ordered an electric one from amazon that works like a cheese grater/vacuum. It works amazing. Best $8 I've spent in a while

You could say that about anything. Just because you cannot afford it does not mean others will not find joy in purchasing or owning it.
Some people spend money on fancy cars, some on fancy clothes, some on fancy appliances for their house. Nothing wrong with it.
