Yes, my thumb is a problem. I am 63 and thought that I have carpal tunnel. I have arthritis too.
Lots of arthritis and old injury pain in my hands. These really helped (I did them all). I’ll try to do this daily. Thank you! I love physical therapists, they have often helped me with all kinds of body pain.

Thank You Alyssa. I fell off a 12 ft ladder many years ago, And stretched my hands out to prevent my body from taking the brunt of the ground force. Anatomically, they say my hands are fine But they are not .I've found several hand exercises to give me relief during my work day. At night I apply some cream and wear my Arthritis gloves. I have been told I have severe osteoarthritis in my hands. Your exercises are very helpful. Again, THANKS!

Hi Alyssa which is a good and safe painkiller to have in arthritis knee pain.
I like to do bird dogs, down dogs and would like to do planks. My wrists are so sore that it is tough to do these exercises anymore. I just did these helpful hand exercises. Do you have wrist exercises too?

Everyone is different, but you could start every other day and see how you feel. Adjust as needed.
Would this work for rheumatoid arthritis
Yes it could as long as they feel good to you and don’t flare your pain
The only and easiest cure for me was a tube of Voltaren. After 3 short days, I was shocked that all pain melted away.

Have yo ever tried making a clentched fist with arthritic hands. Theresult is stabbing pain in your fingers.
