Is it ok to site source and use this video in a PowerPoint presentation about "Hard Hat Safety" for an Electrical power coop Certified Loss Control Professional (CLCP) training?

Actually, it will not go through our head. It will actually hit our head and then bounce off, making us have a concussion and making our head hurt.

Skull density is near equal to the density of a watermelon, if it breaks skin you might be merced

Also, you must really know your stuff about physics and head injuries if you think a metal object falling from that distance, at that velocity, with that much force concentrated on such a small area won’t cause brain damage.

      well it does.
also no they could use pig maybe pig flesh is very similar to human.
      or a ballistic gel dummy.
they are used to test the effect of bullets on the body so are mand very well.
      however yes this does apply.
if it saved the melon then obviously it'll save your melon.

It does apply because the density of watermelon is almost the same as a human skull

    I guess it's a good thing my head isn't a watermelon, huh?
I'm not saying that bolt couldn't kill or permanently maim a person. It definitely could, but I could punch a watermelon into one thousand pieces with my non-dominant hand, and I can barely lift a third my bodyweight so...
Perhaps next time a ballistics gel dummy head with physically accurate bone and blood facsimile would provide a more _impactful_ demonstration.
(See what I did there, lol. Puns.)

watermelons are tougher then one might think...
      also it doesn't really matter.
the bolt would have crack your skull maybe made a crater indenting into your brain even if it didn't the shock wave would give you brain damage. also the biggest problem with head trauma is swelling.
our skull didn't exactly leave a whole lot of room for expansion. so once swelling starts a lot of pressure on your head..
besides if it protected the " wimpy wittle watermellon" then itll protect your melon.
see what i did there puns haha
