    New Canaan is a wonderful community.... the old adage ... you get what you pay for applies to this great town. Schools great, lovely well kept properties ... if you can afford a wonderful community this is definitely the place .....

    If you are very wealthy Fairfield county is probably the best place to live in the country. New Canaan, Greenwich, Darien, Westport, Weston, Fairfield, Wilton, Ridgefield are great places to live. Parts of Norwalk and Stamford are also very, very nice.

      Anyone that is rich can live in New Canaan. I don't know about that welcoming part though. No fricken Nazi's in New Caanan

    03:43-03:50 Her statement does not sound welcoming at all. I was hopeful when she said "We're a very warm, open community" until she did a 180 with "to everybody who lives here." and it seemed like she wanted to get that out there as fast as she could for fear that she would be cut out but wanted to get that out there anyway. haha
