Without taking anything away from the Braves, with a starting rotation completely healthy and a really dependable 4th starter, this would have been a completely different season.
I hope they are able to keep this group together--all of them--because when entirely healthy they will be nearly impossible to beat. Hopefully they can keep Corey and Trea in addition to CT, JT, Muncy, Cody and AJ. Lux and Will will get better and better. And please don't let Scherzer get away.

For the amount of star power we have these last 4 years with these hitting coaches nobody has really impressed or the lineup has never lived up to what it should be on paper. We’ve won on pitching not hitting. Sure we’ll have our game here and there or a small stretch but this team often underperforms offensively for the amount of talent on the team and for some reason the dodger hitting coaches are the only hitting coaches in baseball thad are never brought up. Friedman should just admit he messed up the off-season with the ridiculous Bauer signing instead of using that FA money to beef up the bullpen and bench and that his late in-season trade gamble that cost him the organization's best position prospect did not push the team over the top. He helped build a title winner in 2020, but his big decisions for 2021 were not great.

Andrew Friedman did an amazing job constructing a stellar team in 2021. Mookie was hurt almost all year with that hip issue. Corey seager was out 2 months, we lost a big chunk of our bullpen for 3 months, Dustin May had Tommy John , Travor Bauer got suspended and Bellinger had shoulder surgery and a broken foot. The dodgers went 44-13 in the second half and only gained 1 game on the Giants. September was a playoff game every single day to win the division. Then they lose Kershaw and Muncy in the last week of the season. They play an intense play off game against the cardinals, play 5 really intense games against the Giants, JT gets hurt and so does Joe Kelly. Then they go 6 games with a healthy Braves team (excluding Acuña, Osuna, Soroka). They won 106 games. What else do you want ? It happens. Cant blame Roberts or Friedman. They did their job. The players were burnt out mentally and physically.

We need to fire Roberts 1st cause he has a history of terrible decisions every post season. We've been the favorite in postseason and he digs us in a hole every playoffs. Pitching Scherzer against the Giants, Urias in game 2 screwed up the whole rotation. All of a sudden we don't trust the bullpen after they carried us the last month. Our rotation was not effective after and Buehler couldn't even go 5 innings. Putting Lux in center for the playoffs another brilliant move. Why not keep Bellinger in center and Lux at 1st at least he's an infielder. Doesn't matter who we sign or let go check the history, with Roberts not a bright future.

Great Job in building a contender for 2021. Going out and getting a pitcher like Bauer was great! You can’t control the decisions people make.
Extend Dave Roberts. There’s not a manager who’s won 3 NL Pennants, 1 World Series and has had 3 100 win seasons in 5 years. Managing in an intense situation in a professional playoff game isn’t like coaching little league.
Mookie was hurt all year with the hip, seager was out for 3 months, Bellinger had shoulder surgery, Dustin May had Tommy John, we lost 3 really good bullpen arms for 3 months of the season, then you lose Kershaw and Muncy the last week of the season.
