- Literally one of, if not the coolest Sonic.exe fanmade mods I've ever played and my GOD was it intense!! Not gonna lie, I was shaking like hell as soon as I FC'd it, thankfully it didn't take me as long as Triple Trouble, did it on my second try by what I like to call Sheer Luck™, but just the thought of going through 14 minutes again gave me shivers, even if those 14 minutes were incredible hehe. There's SO much stuff I absolutely love about this mod, the effects used were genuinely incredible and I really liked how some of them were used as a difficulty increase, like how the screen quickly changes with static to other characters while you're still playing the chart in the later parts, or when it changes from the left Knuckles lane to the right one, it was genuinely so fun to play and REALLY intense! The song itself, my god, can't even explain how good it is, I still literally cannot understand how someone can make such a long song never get boring and just be insanely fun to listen to all the way through, I'm still listening to it right now, it's just SO GOOD. This mod deserves SO much attention, definitely up there with the highest quality of mods, it's just way too fun and you can see how much effort was put into it! Even the chart is insanely fun and very challenging to go through! Very fun mod, had a blast going through it! Hope you guys enjoy!

This channel consists of videos about modifications to a rhythmic video game (some of which I personally worked on) that range from slightly difficult to very hard for most players. Four arrows fly towards the screen forcing you to press them at the right time to the music. Hitting all the arrows in a song counts as a "Full Combo", which is very hard to do and takes a lot of time and practice to be able to do consistently and is the main gimmick of my channel, which I showcase in each video. I also include secrets and extra content that might’ve been undiscovered and show them off through instructional and entertaining ways that can be used as guides, as well as occasionally adding my own input on things happening in the video, all done through my creative editing style that focuses on being concise and transformative. In the descriptions I give my in-depth opinion on the video game as well as timestamps for each part of the video. I love that Eggman has become the face of the tempo changes, I'd love a song where you dread every time he shows up because he just keeps making it faster and faster at every appearance.

To give all of you perspective on how ridiculous this mod is: Popperz Chronicle (the UPPER chart) in Pop'n Music is arguably the hardest level in the entire series and holds a note count of 1735 with no modifiers that you don't personally put on yourself, over about 2 and a half minutes of play.
This mod goes on for 14 minutes and has a note count of 2864, while also constantly barraging you with static screen distractions on the latter half.
Safe to say this is FNF's Popperz Chronicle, especially considering it's a 'medley' just like that song is.
But at the end of the song in the video he has a combo of 2864. i think theres a minor typo there with the 1 instead of a 2.

I see what you mean but that would mean Popperz Chronicle has an average of about 11.5 NPS through the entire song while this one (based on the 2864 combo by the end) only has an average of about 3.4 NPS. Granted, you are only playing for half the song so it's more like 7 NPS during play times, but I think this should put into comparison that this one, while very long, doesn't have a very crazy chart and still doesn't compare to the sort of thing that other rhythm games have been able to achieve so far. I am extremely excited to see what comes of this though because this mod is so sick and was extremely fun to play.

Eggman’s tempo changes throughout the song with fleetaways random voice lines make it 10x better. Not to mention how they made all the characters voices fit with the tempo change. This song plays like a boss rush going catastrophically wrong because Eggman wanted a second go, and now everyone is fighting over who should fight boyfreind and no one knows what's going on anymore.
I love what they did with Xenophane/ Sonic.EXE and Eggman, where they added more bass to their voice, making Xenophane in particular sound like a church organ! Really fitting with how he sung. Though Lord X has a bit too much static/ white noise in their voice for me... either way, great song!
I love how eggman does the same thing as in the original mod the second hes on screen the melody the intensity the speed everything changes he throws in parts of his own song and even laughs even with all the all powerfull entities around him he still does his own thing and that makes me respect him so much

The fact the Song actually goes PAST a Million points for your Score if you Perfect it is SO AWESOME lmao, Remember the highest point value you can get in this Game is 350 for a Sick! there's no x-multipliers y'know? 1 MILLION points all just from a scoring system so low, Absolutely insane xD
Also I can Guarantee you that this Song would be impossible to FC if it had you collecting Rings as well, Or for that matter had some kind of "Extra" Note added in, Like Damaging Notes or whatever, 15 Minutes alone is MORE then hard enough lol

I like to imagine that Fleetway Sonic has begrudgingly developed a respect for Boyfriend because BF is one of the few beings that can actually keep up with him. I also like to think Fleetway Sonic sorta protects BF from all the Exes as well. Fleetway probably wants BF to stay alive in a self serving kinda way so the two can continue rapping together, similarly to Majin Sonic. He and Majin Sonic even sing the same Chaotic Endeavor leitmotif.
That’s cute, but, canonically, Fleetway is easily the most destructive and psychotic of the group. If he WERE protecting BF, it’d only be so he can kill him himself.

I suppose it’s fair. Majin has been confirmed not-evil, Tails, Knuckles and Eggman are just victims, TD at the end of the day is a slightly more advanced Badnik, and we don’t truly know Xenophanes or Lord X’s power. But in terms of pure destruction, Fleetway is still up there.

like everyone's saying, it's in psych engine and there's a specific chart that works separately from the difficulty charts called an "events" chart. psych comes pre-built with multiple events, including a "change character" event which is surprisingly simple to use.
related to that, a background change event sadly doesn't exist in the engine's base code but you could probably find a script somewhere for that. i found one myself but i have yet to test to see if it works

This is almost a perfect mod but I think the vocals carry this song a bit as opposed to vs Trainer Red which actually is pretty much perfectly balanced.
The instrumental is good, but it's similar to listening to the last minute or so of Triple Trouble, after a while it's just sort of the same thing over and over.
That being said when you combine the two you do still have a really good song, and it makes me personally very happy because of its length, long songs are rare in this game, but most have been pretty good except Little Man 2 for obvious reasons.

I would love to attempt this, but the thing about this game that’s so difficult to me is the reaction time i need for the space given between the arrows appearing to when i have to hit them. I play a mobile version of this called “beat battle” where the phone screen is longer than the normal FNF and i do so much better.
