Rainstorms still freak my 11 month old chickens out. They just don't understand it's best to go to the coop. They come to the back door and call for me to help. I have to carry them one at a time to the coop in the rain.
So glad you're getting some rain and a cool down. It is so nice to have a break--it is a lot of work to keep chickens cool in the scorching heat.
Glad you have AC in your room. Wishing for things to improve for you. It is good that you have your garden and chickens --they are my therapy and help me get out of the house. I know they are not an answer to problems, but they are a diversion for a bit of a reprieve.Take care.
