I'm still sad wwe never did kings of wrestling. With how much they had him in tag teams and with them having chris hero it's crazy they never had a team up in wwe. Cesaro imo was the perfect wrestler. You can put him with anything and it'll work. From whatever tag team paring you think up to doing the first real match of tough enough rookies. Heck he's a highlight on up up down down. so I have no doubt wherever cesari chooses to go he'd do amazing with. Sadly I think he'd have to choose a place rather than just taking indie dates because I don't think he became a us citizen and I'd imagine he's been living somewhere in america for a while that he'd need to choose a place for a work visa. But without a doubt: impact, njpw, aew, mlw, etc. All would want him because he's a talent you can put anywhere.

To say Cesaro is not a world championship material as he cannot cut a decent promo is such bullshit. Cesaro managed to get himself over despite company holding him back. He was the best wresler in the company and had the ability to achieve great things. Look at Kane or Big Show or Brock after his return. They were booked like monsters and so hardlyhad to cut promos. If Cesaro was booked like one, he would have been at the same level or perhaps more.

I have a feeling Cesaro is gonna go to either AEW or NWA for a spell (he would be FANTASTIC in NWA!), then come back to WWE around 2025 or so. And I don't think he'll have any interest in going to Japan but we'll see.
And seeing as wrestling now welcomes guys in their 40s in 50s to be full (ish) time performers, I can definitely see a 45+ year old Cesaro winning the WWE title since he'll be considered a "legend" by 2025. I mean Lesnar is 46 now and is doing the same stuff he did two decades ago. Who's to say Cesaro won't be able to do the same in 4-5 years?

  • @holiday197

Cesaro had so much potential to be the next big major face but I believe the booking ruined him. They should never had him face Roman Reigns last year for the Universal Championship at Wrestlemania Backlash as usually this is the ‘dead zone’ for title changes being that it was the PPV after Wrestlemania. Plus they were never going to consider Roman losing the title at the time and having Cesaro win.
Instead they could have continued to put Cesaro in programs with Seth Rollins and put on some great matches and build him up further. Then when the Shake-Up happened, he could have moved to RAW and face AJ Styles in what would have been some other great matches. Maybe they could have even had him face Edge at some point as well and give him a clean win to elevate him further.
Then at this year’s WM, he could have faced Reigns or Lesnar and win the WWE or Universal Championship.

It doesn't matter how long he stayed in WWE; he's not worth more than a million. WWE had never value Cesaro. Now he rather find work someplace else, taking the low ball offer New Japan or AEW.
