It includes some VERY revealing details about her frustrating final few months in WWE and exposing WWE's "Women's Revolution" for the farce that it's become with some of the changes made to the division in NXT.

The fact that WWE wants more Mandy Rose is so problematic, not just for the bad optics of wanting all their women to be "sexy", but more importantly, it just shows that they don't understand anything about what wrestling fans want. I like Mandy, but Ember was 100% right, not everyone is Mandy. I don't want to watch an army of Mandy Rose clones having bad matches for the next decade. We want variety in characters, variety in styles, variety in motivations. Ember was the epitome of that variety in the womens division. If I watch TV at night and see a 20 minute Baker vs Thunder Rosa match on one channel or flip the channel and see Naomi and Scarlett in a pillow fight in bikinis, guess what most men would rather watch. More money is always good, but it can't always buy happiness. Not many talents do it for the money. Some cared about legacy. Everybody has an ego whether it's for more money, or being self-deserving. There's many talents such as Drew Gulak, Nakamura, Rollins, Edge, Orton, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and Ziggler come to WWE just for the money, and not care about their legacy, while former WWE stars such as Moxley, Pac, Kushida, Gail Kim, Matt Hardy, Brodie Lee, Andrade, FTR, Cody and Adam Cole left WWE to build their legacy in other promotions, even though they were offered more money in WWE. Ember Moon was miserable and unhappy in WWE because she was under-appreciated, especially when being called up to the main rosters. When Vince and Bruce began to takeover NXT, they treated her like crap all over again, and it reached to the point where she had enough. Vince never really like her. So why stay with the company when the boss doesn't like you? If you feel miserable and mistreated, what do you do? You walk-out or hoping to get release. That's how Ember Moon felt.

Let's be real, wrestling is about looks and personality before actual wrestling ability. Historically, wrestlers were expected to have the ability to work in the ring, not so true anymore, but what always defined your drawing power was your character. She was always a fine worker, but I couldn't remember a single iconic match or promo she cut. Male talent are judged by either their look or personality, only one is required. Female talent, unfortunately, are judged by their looks, and it is expected you be either prototypically attractive or a monster. You can have some distinguishing characteristics around whichever one you are, but you have to be one of the two. She seemed like a tweener with her look, she is attractive with some monsterous features (her strong build, the contact lenses, the hair). You want everyone to do well, but there is only so much screen time and huge rosters, even AEW talent is seeing this. A lot of wrestlers, male and female, are realizing they're getting a solid check to do nothing and a lot of put all their eggs into being wrestlers and not much else in life, so they keep resigning and don't complain. I don't know what her next step is, but I hope she can make a living doing so. When people say they love the business today, I don't know what that means, this business doesn't love most talent back.

You are right and she does have some slight working against her in the looks or promo department but as a promoter/booker/CEO/Head dude in charge, your main priority should be making the getting the most out of the talent you have which means recognizing their faults and either working around it or helping them fix it. The Way they work at WWE is whatever way the old man is feeling that day is the way we are working, I mean to have her get change back into her old character and then just..without a look at what she looks like or a run a match to see how it would look they just go...you know what never mind for now. Treating people like that is wrong and no way to treat someone especially when you need them like they needed women for the women's rumble this year. The sad part is eventually divas are gonna be too old to work and will have burned too many bridges with these women that they are gonna be screwed.

Not every women in the WWE at that time was Torrie Wilson, Stacy Keibler, Sunny, Candice Michelle, Kelly Kelly, Michelle McCool, Layla El, the Bella Twins, Tori, Ms. Kitty, Dawn Marie, and others
apart from the obvious sex appeal THEY WERE BADASS WOMEN WHO COULD WRESTLE in my opinion
and you can call them divas all you want (which unfortunately that's what they were called at the time) but those women from 20+ years are more enduring and memorable than any of the younger generation women's wrestlers of today
they didn't have to be these workrate/NXT-style wrestlers like Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch (THE TWO MOST OVERRATED WOMEN'S WRESTLERS OF ALL TIME), Sasha Banks, Bayley, Asuka and the rest of these Women's Revolution wrestlers because that's their modus operandi: technical/workrate wrestling
it's not just WWE it's everywhere, AEW, Impact, the indys, and what have you
and nothing against the younger generation women but they just lack that gravitas, integrity and credibility like the previous generation
go ahead watch a classic Trish Stratus match that isn't a bras and panties match, watch a classic Lita match, watch Chyna, watch Jazz, Victoria and so on you'll see the difference
