Episode 3 in the new series about the extension of Heaton Lodge Junction aka Britains Biggest Model Railway.
In this video we take a look at the huge new station that's been delivered by Monks Gate models - based on the real Dewsbury Station.
Also, since I'm asked constantly about the realistic static grass on Heaton Lodge, here's a helping hand on how to exactly perfect great looking grass!
We also visit Tim Horn Baseboards in Norfolk who is busy constructing the giant industrial building.. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
looks great
The new station building is truly superb.
And thanks for the static grass demo.
Pleasure thanks for watching!
Another 5 or 6....oh boy! With that and doing the Healey Mills depot, that should keep me out of mischief for some time then!
They are epic the gantries Steve. Nothing captures the scale like they do. Mind you when the cooling towers arrive…!
@@britainsbiggestmodelrailwa1428 I'm just doing 5 of these in OO gauge.
Brilliant video really like the trick with the pebbles what a difference they make. As for the station well it's just marvellous
Thanks Paul 👍
Superb, all a bit different to when I was a kid. :-)

Hello, what length static grass did you use
Good point - it’s a mix of 4.5mm & 6mm.
I keep saying in the video Mini-Natur autumn fall but it’s actually Late Fall. 👍
